The flat is quite near to UNICAMP, around 15-20 min walking. A good place to stay if you are coming to UNICAMP. There are many mini- and supermarkets near to the flat (between 10-20 min walking). The flat has a kitchen so you can also cook. There is a washing machine so you can also wash your clothes. Also there is a space for parking if you come by car. The owner offer a cleaning service if you stay more than a week. I would recommend it if you are coming to visit UNICAMP for a short stay.
There were noises from other guests in different flats in the building that disrupted my sleep few times.

Apartamento tranquilo, bem arejado e fresquinho.
