La proprietaria è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. L’abitazione è fuori dal centro e questo ci ha permesso di avere un clima più fresco e fuori dalla confusione del centro. Ristorante a due passi, se non si ha voglia di cucinare . Ampi spazi all’aperto per i bambini.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν αυτό ακριβώς που ψάχναμε (και δεν το ξέραμε!). Ένα ήσυχο σπίτι σε χωριό (αλλά κοντά στα Χανιά), μέσα στη φύση, πολύ δροσερό σπίτι παρά τις ζεστές μέρες λόγω του πρασίνου. Άνετοι χώροι και άνετο μπαλκόνι που μπορείς να καθίσεις όλες τις ώρες της μέρας και της νύχτας. Πολύ καθαρό σπίτι και ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΗ η οικοδέσποινα. Ζεστό νερό πάντα, όλες τις ώρες της μέρας και για όλα τα άτομα που μείναμε εκεί.

Το μόνο που δεν μας άρεσε είναι το μπάνιο. Έχει μόνο ένα μπάνιο, οπότε για 5-6 άτομα είναι δύσκολο να εξυπηρετηθούν σωστά. Επίσης το μπάνιο δεν αερίζεται και είναι δυσάρεστο.

This all adds to the atmosphere of living in an authentic Greek village away from the main tourist spots but still in easy reach of many beaches and Chania city. The open space apartment feels roomy, comfortable and is fully equipped down to pepper/salt, detergents, shower gels, bathrobes and slippers. There was also an initial supply of eggs, salad, tomatoes, olive oil, raki and biscuits awaiting us, all home grown /made. The beds are very comfortable, the shower pressure is great, the air con cools the place down nicely, strong wifi. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained, sheets and towels were replaced regularely. There is a shady veranda with table/chairs and loungers. The host family is extremely nice and helpful, they also run the award winning Taverna Leventis right beside so after a fantastic meal you can fall straight into your bed. Overall brilliant, we had one of the best holidays despite Covid and will be back for sure!

You do need a car. It is not the quietest of places with a very busy restaurant right beside, dogs barking, cockerels, cicadas, megaphone broadcasts. . .
