I had an issue with the reservation I made online. I reserved a Delux Double room online but the information that was transmitted to the hotel database was a Delux room - big difference. The hotel refused to honor my receipt from Agoda.com which stated a Delux Double room. Agoda customer service tried to resolve it with the hotel representative but did not work out. It was also challenging to speak with the hotel manager. The hotel staff could not call Agoda.com customer service, the stated that it was my responsibility to resolve it. Customer service at the hotel regarding resolution of the issue was challenging in my opinion.
Agoda.com customer service representative was great in handling the issue.

I had booked the room with my husband and I basing my decision on just a few factors. Location to the airport, pool and breakfast for the guests. The room looked very nice. However when watching the employee change the bedding it looked as though the duvet had big yellow stains may well be urine.
I booked the room for 2 but they said breakfast was only provided for one guest.
For the price in nigeria breakfast for both guest should have been included! Likely not staying here again.
