Sitting Room and balcony on one level than stairs up to bedroom and bathroom, absolutely fantastic balcony,flat 50 m from beach,a bit need update,but everything was working,bed comfortable,flat on 4 floor

This one bedroom apartment in Tenerife Royal Gardens is ideally situated a few metres from the beach at Playa Vista. It is well equipped with everything you need for a holiday flat with a kitchenette, living room with pull down sofa bed and satellite TV, The bedroom has two single beds with plenty of wardrobe space and includes inflatables for the pool,and beach toys. The large bathroom has a shower over the bath and houses the washing machine and iron and ironing board. The balcony is off the living room area and has a table and chairs, two sun loungers and a fold away clothes drier. It overlooks the swimming pool and has an excellent sea view. In the afternoon it is a suntrap. The complex has a nice swimming pool, but in spite of numerous signs around the pool guests claim/reserve all the sunbeds with their towels by 10am and most of them then disappear until the afternoon. This is a minor inconvenience as it is close to the beach and the sunbathing on the balcony is superb. Highly recommended.

Great location, easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool. Just a few things people should be aware of prior to booking. The stairs in the apartment are very steep, there is no air conditioning (my fault for not realizing that prior to booking) so if sleeping with windows open, be prepared for bugs (spray was provided in the apartment). And if you want chair by the pool, you will need to be up early to claim one. None of this is the owners fault, just something to note. We spent our days going on excursions, hanging out at the beach and exploring. So for us the apartment was for winding down at night, sleeping and showering.
