In general it was a good stay.
The images and listed room types were not accurate to what we booked. We booked a CHALET that did not have any stairs in the photos, especially that stairs would not be ideal for the guests. When we arrived, they offered us a Duplex and completely ignored what was on the confirmed booking "CHALET". And even when we asked, they said the chalets have stairs too (unlike the photos online)! The worst part was the reception people being extremely dismissive and not replying to our concerns, especially when they charged the card an extra $50 and when we asked multiple times they had nothing to say!

The location is great, right in the middle of the old souk. Everything walking distance
They had an issue with the booking and I arrived and found that they assigned me a normal room because the duplex I booked was occupied by others. They solved the issue by giving me the right room the day after but still I spent the first day in regular room.
