Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento in cinque , un neonato e un cane. Gli spazi sono stati giusti e la casa è perfettamente conforme alle foto e alla descrizione. Dispone di un bel terrazzino che purtroppo non abbiamo potuto mai usare a causa del grande caldo che abbiamo incontrato. Da migliorare l'impianto di condizionamento, ben funzionante nei primi tre giorni, poi però non gliel'ha più fatta.....dato che la casa si trova all'ultimo piano, che è una mansarda, è assolutamente necessario!!!pregio enorme: si trova il parcheggio facilmente anche perchè dista dal centro 3-4 km e sta di fronte al mare. Assistenza delle persone preposte molto buona.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una vacanza di due settimane .
La prima cosa da sottolineare e che tutto era perfettamente conforme a quanto in descrizione senza spiacevoli sorprese come a volte capita.
L'appartamento si trova in un piccolo condominio ,a pochi metri dal mare,( cosa importante per chi ha bambini o persone anziane) con un bel giardino molto curato dove ci sono anche giochi per bimbi.
Quando si apre la porta dell'appartamento si viene accolti dal sorriso e dagli occhi sognanti della Sirenetta su uno sfondo di mare blu!!! e capisci subito che sei nel posto giusto.
L'arredamento è moderno e razionale, i colori nelle camere pieni di luce e briosi, .Punto di forza della struttura è senza dubbio la terrazza con vista mare dove noi abbiamo sempre consumato i pasti .Tutto molto pulito e funzionale,( nei bagni abbiamo anche trovato i set cortesia come negli alberghi)
!Un grazie e un abbraccio a Emanuela e Davide che con gentilezza e estrema disponibilità hanno risolto velocemente qualche nostro problema!!I
Sicuramente per le nostre vacanze future abbiamo ora un punto fermo...

Appartement très bien situé, à 2 pas de la plage. Ce que nous avons trouvé sur place correspond au descriptif de l'annonce. Appartement très propre : 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, cuisine, salon et un balcon où nous y avons mangé tous les jours.
Points négatifs : manque : un peu de vaisselle (couverts, saladier....), de micro-onde, d'une grande cafetière (seulement une cafetière italienne de 6 tasses qui était insuffisante pour des français), un frigo un peu petit pour un logement pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes et pas de compartiment pour y faire des glaçons, une étagère murale dans la petite salle de bain pour y déposer quelques produits de beauté.Ce manque viendrait parfaire cet appartement.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons eu une intervention rapide pour un problème de serrure.
Nous recommanderions cet appartement à la famille et à des proches.

Da dove iniziare? Bellissimo weekend! L’appartamento, spazioso e luminoso ha una fantastica terrazza vista mare. La spiaggia si trova davvero a pochissimi passi. E’ pulito ed accogliente, dotato di tutti i comfort. Siamo molto soddisfatti di aver scelto questa casa per trascorrere una breve vacanza. La sua luce e i suoi colori mettono gioia. La disponibilità e la gentilezza dei proprietari hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno meraviglioso. Grazie Emanuela e Davide, ci vedremo presto!
