I enjoyed waking up everyone morning to the cubs and momma bear at the cabin. Was close to the attractions and the pool was a great location for walking and relaxing. Enjoyed the fire pit ring as well.

The house was very clean and everything that we wanted. Our only problem was that the pool heater was broken-but the part was on order. The water was fine for the kids but too cool for the adults!

We arrived and the cabin was pretty from outside. The walkway is very slippery as it’s all big pieces of flat rock. When we opened the door, we noticed right away the flooring was misplaced in the kitchen, the coach on the living room arm rest was completely cracked and flaked off. We had 3 children with us who wanted to go swimming, as we went to check the pool out. I noticed there was an alarm inside the pool that needed to be disarmed prior to the kids getting in. I went to do that. And the alarm doesn’t even work. I pulled it right out of the water after reading all the steps and it would not beep or anything. (I did message the host right away, as that is a huge safety issue) all of our kids can swim so that was a relief but still scary, we then checked out the balcony with the rocking chairs and grill and outdoor tv. The outdoor tv does not work at all, the grill was completely filthy on the outside. The whole deck itself would need a good power wash as there was from and grill rements all over the railing . We then went back inside and checked the tvs in all the rooms and the direct tv did not work at all. Some tvs had old guess Streaming services still logged in. We didn’t watch a lot of tv due to us being out and about. But at night time it would of been nice to relax with the kiddos. The movie room none of the remotes worked and the dvd players in the room didn’t work except 1. The bathroom sink in the main level did not drain. The best part was all the bears
