About this villa rental
A beautiful architect-designed beach front property located upwind from the untamed beach of Prea, Brazil, in the perfect location for an idyllic luxury getaway in a stunning setting. The accommodation comprises 3 Double en-suites, 3 additional bedrooms (+ 2 more bathrooms), spacious living and dining areas, and kite surfing cleaning and storage areas beneath the house. Hammocks and relaxing areas are in abundance, and the view is of the sea in front of you, and the dunes behind you. With a private swimming pool, the house offers an exclusive break for kitesurfers and non-kitesurfers alike.
A house manager is on site to fulfil your every whim, be it cocktails at sunset or a morning massage, horseback riding or a kite surfing trip down to Jericoacoara, the world famous windsurfing resort town. Book your flight into Fortaleza, Ceara, and our manager will take care of everything else, starting with your transfer to the house, and including everything from massages to childcare. And our private chef prepares all your meals, to ensure you have nothing at all to think about while you are on holiday.
If you're a keen kite surfer or just learning, you will love having your own private stretch of the sea, upwind from the other kite surfing schools so no-one is crossing your path, and if you need some instruction we can provide teachers directly at the house. Fantastic down winders can be arranged, starting at the house and ending anywhere from 12km to 40km away! The beach buggies follow you all the way and ensure your safety, and take you home in time for dinner and drinks on the balcony. If members of your party aren't kite surfing, the beach itself is a beautiful nature retreat and can be enjoyed by running, horse riding, yoga on the balcony or just long strolls. Trips to the beautiful lagoons are available, and the nearby town of Jericoacoara has a thriving shopping area, with everything from jewellery to hammocks and Hawaiians. Or of course relax by the pool, in a hammock, or in any of the generously proportioned living areas.
Whatever your tastes, whether you're a kite surfer, ocean lover, party animal or avid reader, beach house Prea can provide you with the perfect holiday. Once you've kicked off your shoes and drunk your first caipirinha on the balcony, you're not going to want to leave.

I had very little preconception of what to expect, other than a friends recommendation of "trust me and go". The house could not be better situated to capture the fresh breeze from the ocean, the nature, peace and quiet. We had fish bbq nights in the evenings, watched the stars at night and either kitesurfed or spent some serious hammock times during the day. Jericoacoara was fun too, with sunset drinks and SUPing generally part of our program. We were a group of singles but this would also make a fantastic family house. Beautiful craftmanship throughout the house - I would recommend my room (with a seahorse picture). I will be back ..

Ten of us (two families) stayed at the Beachhouse for a fantastic two weeks. We absolutely could not fault it other than to say the pictures do not in any way reflect the magic of the house and it’s surroundings, which surpassed our expectations. The adults were able to totally decompress on the hammocks and the children all learned to kitesurf and thanks to advice from the house manager we broke things up with numerous fun day trips to the surrounding lakes. From the initial inquiry to the time we left, the staff were all on hand and went out of their way to look after our needs. The food was very good, varied and the portions were ample. If you are looking for the ultimate combination of relaxation, interspersed with activities in a breathtaking location then I could not recommend this enough.

Beach House Prea is jus PERFECT in every sense! The location on the beach, the architecuture, the maintenance and the details of the house are wonderful! All the staff is amazing, clean and so friendly! The food and the cook are SO great! Just ideal for kitesurfing families! went with my 3 kids of 8, 11 and 13. Everybody wants to go back as soon as possible! Not one single negative comment! we highly recommend it! Mariana and family, from Argentina
