Some basic essentials could have been appreciated - no hand soap provided, no sponge to wash the dishes (despite having washing up liquid available) we needed to buy our own before we could wash up properly Listing on Booking.com leads you to think you have the water / beach right where you are staying - however we were placed in an apartment 200m away on the other side of a busy road - this was not expected. It meant walking to enjoy the shared facilities at the water front which was not attractive for us as it felt as though we were invading other peoples' privacy (people who were staying at the main apartment building) Busy and very noisy road - this is not clear from the description - having needed to keep the windows open overnight due to it being hot it meant we did not have a restful sleep each night Radiator in the living room came on every morning (abour 3am) and very hot - no regulator knob to turn it down/off meant we woke up each morning very hot and uncomfortable - no need for this during the summer months! No vaccum in the apartment - instead you can pay 50 PLN to have someone come in and clean on request - after paying 1800PLN for 4 night stay I would have thought this was enough money already paid - equipping the apartment with a vaccum is fairly standard and should have been the case here. WIFI did not work - at no time during our stay did the wifi provided even appear as an option when searching. We resorted to using our phones as a personal hotspot the whole time at our own additional cost - I guess it's because we were situated up the road in a different building - how much would it cost to install a second router for customer convenience?
