We stayed at the house for three weeks and it was ideal for our family of 5 with kids ages 5, 8, and 12. The kids enjoyed the pool and we spent much of our time in the sunroom. We also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. There is enough room for a bigger party and there is privacy from the street and parking lot. The house is an easy walk or bike ride to Le Brusc (harbor, restaurants, Thursday market, and pebble beach), Ile du Gaou, Mont Salva, and the sandy beaches. Dominque is absolutely lovely and we enjoyed talking to her when we checked in and checked out even though we know only basic French.

We loved our stay at Le brusc. The villa was completely as described, with a fully equipped kitchen and nice bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Everything worked perfectly. The location is really nice, green and quiet as well. The only thing that could be noted is that for nicer beaches you will have to walk about 20 minutes. Overall total recommendsation!

Just back from a fantastic week at this lovely villa. It was really well equipped, spotlessly clean and in a quiet residential area. The pool was a hit for us all from teens to grandparents and a lovely seating area outside. Only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Le Brusc which was lovely, lots of nice restaurants, bars and bakeries. 15 minute walk to the nearest supermarket which was well stocked. Lovely beach nearby and trips to islands etc available. Gaëlle was very responsive to our queries and booked transport for us and Dominique was very friendly and welcoming when she showed us around. with a nice bottle of rosé chilling in the fridge for us on arrival! Thanks again for a great stay.

This a very nice property in a quiet part of lovely Le Brusc. Owner Gaëlle and local host Dominique were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. A nice and clean propery with a nice pool and 10 minutes to the beaches. We enjoyed the nearby Ile Embiez and nice walks/runs along the beach pathway and Sentier Littoral. A few mosquitos around so bring spray! We would definitely come back with the family group another time.

We had the best time at this property in July 2022. This was a trip we had booked for 2020 but had to rearrange twice. We finally got to go this year and it definitely didn’t disappoint! The house is beautifully kept, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Gaelle was very responsive to messages before and during our stay and Dominique, who met us on arrival, was so so kind and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and it really felt like home for 2 weeks. The house is perfectly situated with a 10 minute walk from the marina, shops, bars and restaurants. There is a beautiful walk along the water to the nearby island with amazing restaurants on the way. Everything we needed was on our doorstep. We would recommend to anybody and would love to go back again!

We had a fantastic holiday at this stunning villa. The house really does have everything you could ask for. The gardens were beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the view when sitting out on the deck. The kids loved the swings and boules pitch. Pool was a huge hit with everyone. The new outdorr kitchen was excellent. Very comfortable living from the beds to the sofas (indoor and out!) and the sun loungers. We loved exploring Le Brusc. Perfect holiday! Only feedback would be to lower the watcge of the outdoor light as it was very difficult to see when you were walking down stairs! Thank you for having us :)

Spacious, fresh and bright villa. Excellent location and loved the area of La Brusc and the islands, just 5 minutes to shops and restaurants. Loved the little beach at Grand Gaou, the coastal walks and restaurant La Laguna. Thank you Gaelle for a great break, we hope to return.

We had a great stay - the house is spacious, immaculately clean and with all the amenities you would need (good wifi / new kitchen / great pool / parking / new kitchen). We stayed with my parents and three kids (3 / 6/ 8) - lots of space for everyone. Dominique was very helpful and the house was beautifully presented. The location is very good - very short walk into Le Brusc / beach etc. The village is really lovely -lots of good places to eat / ferry to Paul Ricard Islands / day trip boats etc. Would highly recommend. Many thanks for the lovely holiday!

Das Haus ist toll, modern und weitläufig, der Pool schön groß. Die Vermieterin und auch die Verwalterin waren stets schnell in der Kommunikation und sehr hilfsbereit. Nur die durch die Lage vielen Mücken waren lästig und der Wintergarten als Essplatz im Sommer viel zu stickig.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison surtout en cette période de septembre qui nous a permis de ne pas avoir trop de monde dans le petit port du brusc et dans la région en général. Points forts : maison spacieuse, très bien équipée, très beau jardin, 2 magnifiques salles de bain. On s'y sent bien très rapidement et 8 adultes peuvent y vivre sans se sentir à l'étroit. Points faibles à revoir : - à l'étage, 3 grandes chambres : 1 pour 2 adultes (parquet flottant à refaire car bruit insupportable), les 2 autres sont pour enfants ou ados (heureusement que 2 adultes n'étaient pas grands sinon nous aurions eu quelques soucis de sommeil... :)) Par contre, la literie est excellente ! - 3 transats pour 8 personnes nous a paru insuffisants - le jardin n'est pas du tout adapté pour des enfants en bas âge (de grandes plateformes/escaliers en bois très jolis mais non sécurisées pour aller à la piscine) - le spot au sol sur la 1ère marche de l'escalier extérieur bloque totalement la visibilité pour descendre - le BBQ dans la véranda : pourquoi pas, mais manque de lumière pour faire des grillades le soir

Super séjour â Six four. Maison bien équipée (vive la climatisation) et située dans un quartier calme et résidentiel mais pas loin du centre. Les chambres sont spatieuses. Propriétaire très disponible pour répondre a toutes nos questions en amont et après notre séjour. Maison adaptée aux jeunes enfants (jeux, livres etc).

Mooi verblijf op wandelafstand van een aangenaam dorpje. Onthaal was zeer hartelijk en het huis zeer proper. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig, enkel geen airco in de kleinste kinderkamer. We waren niet op de hoogte van de borgsom die betaald moest worden maar dat hebben we de dag nadien mogen oplossen.

Die Kommunikation mit Gaëlle war auf Englisch und prompt sowie zuvorkommend. Dominique vor Ort war sehr freundlich, spricht Französisch und sehr wenig Englisch. Das Haus lässt sich mit 10 Personen sehr entspannt bewohnen, der große Tisch im Wintergarten wurde einer der Lieblingsplätze. Insgesamt ist das Haus schön möbliert und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Pool liegt abgesenkt neben der großen Terrasse. Der Hafen mit regem Treiben, Markt und diversen Restaurants ist in 7 Minuten zu erlaufen. Dort gibt es auch feine Backwaren. Ebenfalls in Gehentfernung ist die Naturpark-Insel mit Lagune - sehr schön und auch eine gute Angelstelle. Weitere Strände sind rasch mit dem Auto erreichbar, z. B. der Surfstränden oder der Hausstrand von Bandol. Supermarkt ist gut zu erreichen und extrem gut sortiert. Le Brusc ist als Zentrale für Ausflüge perfekt - ob Verdonschlucht, Provence oder Camargue sowie die großen Städte, alles ist binnen 2 Stunden erreichbar.

Trés bon séjour au Brusc à la villa de Mme. Gautheron. Les photos et descriptions sont conformes à la réalité. La villa, propre et bien tenue, est dans un quartier trés calme, sans vis à vis direct. La villa est accessible par une petite route qui monte vers le Mont Salva. Le petit port du Brusc (avec ses restaurants et son Carrefour City) n'est à quelques minutes à pied : une voiture n'est pas forcément nécessaire. Le contact avec Mme Gautheron et la "concierge" locale, Dominique, s'est bien passé. Dominique, bien qu'elle ne parle pas anglais, est très gentille et aux petits soins. Gros plus: la climatisation dans les chambres qui fait supporter les 30 degrés de l'été... Seul bémol : l'alarme de la piscine qui se déclenche régulièrement sans raison. Trés satisfaits !

Unsere beiden Familien haben den Aufenhalt in vollen Zügen genossen und sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig, modern eingerichtet und hat Charme. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool, die Veranda und den Garten sehr genossen. Der nahe gelegende Hafen und Strände sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.

Beautiful house, beautiful town and great restaurants! Perfect for two families (we were four adults and six children). Spent most of the time in the pool, but the beach is just a short walk away and also really nice. A lot of nature around, and lots of flowers in the garden. Propriétaires prévenants et très bon accueil. Maison très agréable à vivre, rénovée avec goût, bien équipée avec électroménager de qualité et literie également de qualité et très confortable (tous les lits doubles ont une largeur de 160cm). La lumineuse véranda et la terrasse sont très agréables. Par ailleurs, l'emplacement de la villa permet de se rendre rapidement (environ 5 minutes à pied) au port du Brusc où l'on peut trouver commerces et restaurants mais également de se promener vers le Gaou ou encore pour plus de nature et pour les plus endurants vers le Cap Sicié. Nous conseillons vivement cette villa!

This house is beautifully renovated with a modern kitchen and comfortable furnishings. It looks even better than in the photographs. The house is located close to the beach and many water sports. You can also walk to the Ile du Gaou. We enjoyed two weeks staying in this wonderful house.

Nous venons de passer une excellente semaine entre amis dans cette très belle villa, récemment rénovée avec goût et très bien équipée pour garantir des vacances réussies. Cette maison est très agréable à vivre du fait de grands espaces de vie dont une belle véranda. Elle est idéalement située car à 10 minutes à pieds du port. Nous avons découvert Le Brusc et reviendrons probablement dans ce petit coin de paradis!!

Villa très spacieuse disposant d'une grande cuisine bien équipée, d'un salon et d'une véranda ainsi que de deux coins chambres - salle de bain que nous avons fortement apprécié (idéal si deux familles). La piscine est très confortable ainsi que la terrasse pour prendre des bains de soleil et se reposer. Situé à 5 minutes à pieds du port du Brusc, le calme et le chant des cigales nous ont ravi. Nous avons passé une semaine reposante. Nous recommandons fortement cette villa.
