It was very clean and centrally located
The room was very small without a window. Although it’s operated as an inn, there’s never any staff behind the counter and very little communication, if any.

The surroundings are the plus point rather than the property itself. It is within walking distance to city area and owners are friendly. Lots of good food around the area and very near the beach. Acceptable level of cleanliness (you are required to wear home slippers provided by the owners whenever you step inside and keep your shoes outside of the property).
It’s a homestay so you are kind of living in the home of the owners with levels 1 to 5 of the building containing the guests rooms and level 6 is where the owners live. Don’t expect too much in terms of the furnishings. The blankets provided were very thin and small and the room looked old with awkward furniture placing. The shower head has algae and rusts and they don’t provide cups for brushing teeth (if it matters to you). No receptionist available so you have to phone the owners if you need help.
