Ideal for a small family or couple's getaway, the home features a cozy living and dining room with a fireplace, satellite TV, and CD player, perfect for relaxing evenings.
The fully equipped open kitchen includes a coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and a traditional wood stove, ideal for preparing hearty meals. Upstairs, the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed- ensure restful nights. A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet completes the upper floor.
Step outside to your spacious, private roofed terrace (100 m²), ideal for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or sipping wine as the sun sets. The large shared garden includes a barbecue and furniture for al fresco living. Cool off in the shared 10x4m swimming pool, open from May to October.
