About this apartment rental
Modern fully renovated apartment of 180 m2 in the center of Santander. Located 100 meters from the Town Hall and Botín Center, it is an unbeatable lodging point for a visit to Santander and Cantabria. The apartment has three double bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom), and a single room (with bathroom en suite), and a third large bathroom, living - dining room, kitchen and laundry room. Optional parking space.

Very central location, handy for the waterfront, restaurants and bars. Super spacious apartment. Alberto was super helpful and accommodating of our travel plans. Would certainly stay again.

Extremely clean, very convenient to restaurants, the bay. The beds were very comfortable.
Be sure to get detailed instructions from Alberto as to how to get to the parking lots! It was an adventure for us.

We had a great week in Alberto's property. The apartment is beautiful - high-end decor and fittings - very spacious and immaculately clean. The location is great, right in the heart of the commercial zone. There are bars, shops, restaurants etc just a few steps away. We could have easily managed without a car and in fact parking was a bit challenging. As there was no on-street parking we needed to use underground carparks nearby, which were usual city prices (i.e expensive). It was much nicer walking and cycling round the city to the parks and beaches.
The only downside (no fault of the owner) was the noise from the TV in the apartment upstairs which could be heard in one of the back bedrooms every night until late. There were also men working early each morning in the courtyard behind the apartment! But those in the bedrooms affected just used earplugs. This was only a minor issue in an otherwise fabulous property.
