Beautiful Villa with Private Pool -Costa Del Sol - 24th / or 31st July 2026

Villa conforme aux photos de l’annonce, Emplacement et le quartier est top. La piscine était à une très bonne température et le jardin bien entretenu. La décoration de la villa est un peu à moderniser, la literie est à changer peu confortable, de nouvelles poêle et casseroles serait les bienvenus dans la cuisine et de nouveaux transats autours de la piscine. Il y a une terrasse au premier étage mais dommage de ne pas pouvoir en profiter car il n’y a ni transat, si chaises et tables. Rapport qualité prix très bonne adresse.

Perfect huis en tuin met zwembad in een schitterende villawijk. Alle gemakken in het huis, airco in de slaapkamers en 3 badkamers, mooi terras met zonnescherm en heerlijke ligstoelen in de tuin. Op loopafstand van het strand en winkel. Ik zou geen verbeteringen weten. Zwembad is groter dan het op de foto's lijkt. Ook wij hebben vooral van het zwembad genoten. Tuin perfect onderhouden, ook tijdens ons verblijf. Ondanks veel vakantiegangers is het zeer rustig: we hebben niets van andere gehoord. Malaga goed te bereizen en zeer de moeite waard: mooie stad met kasteel en prachtig nieuw aangelegde boulevard. Huis ligt op 200 m van de snelweg opgang. IN het huis geen wifi, maar op het sleuteladres gratis zeer goede wifi.

Thank you for letting us use your wonderful villa. Marbesa is a beautiful Urbanización, with a beach and fantastic restaurant (simbads) within a fifteen minute walk. A supermercado is a walkable distance too. The villa is spacious, the pool absolutely gorgeous. The gardens are big and the trees provide enough shade if you want to get out of the sun. All in all a lovely place for a quiet relaxing holiday. Just a couple of niggles-there’s no aircon in the living room area, only bedrooms. The password connected us to WiFi but it didn’t work. The mattress and bed in the main bedroom is very uncomfortable and could do with being replaced-a thin lumpy mattress on a metal frame (like a camp bed) And avoid the rep from Heritage resorts (who offer you a free lunch making out it’s part of the holiday/booking-but its a 2 hour sales pitch to sell their apartment timeshare packages!!!!!) Matthew-maybe you could put something about this in your info when collecting keys. But apart from these.....we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

The pool, garden, BBQ, patio area and table/chairs were all very good.The sun loungers were not adjustable not great. The beds are very cheap, solid mattresses, not comfortable in our opinion. Air conditioning is good, unfortunately the kitchen lacked a good selection of utensils, the fridge is on its way out (not that cold on max) only 4 long drinking glasses.
