L’appartement correspond bien à la description et aux images… il est beau, confortable et très propre. En fait, en plus du premier étage, il y a en usage privé un coin de pelouse et une buanderie au rez-de-chaussée. Accueil convivial par Claudia en personne, nous on aime avoir ce contact plutôt qu’une boîte à clef !
On a dû chauffer avec les climatiseurs en mode hiver, cela a fonctionné mais c’était moins agréable que si le chauffage central ou la cheminée avaient été en service. Mais c’est vraiment un tout petit bémol. On relouerait cet appartement sans hésitation lors d’un prochain voyage.

Struttura posizionata in zona tranquilla ma strategica per raggiungere Sulmona in pochi minuti, casa di recente ristrutturazione, pulitissima e dotata di tutti comfort. Gestore gentilissimo e disponibile, struttura assolutamente da consigliare.

Die Ferienwohnung ist unglaublich liebevoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, von der kleinen Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Der Kontakt und Empfang war sehr nett, ein kleines Problem am Kühlschrank wurde sofort behoben und am nächsten Tag gab es Gemüse und Hauswein als kleine Entschädigung. GRAZIE MILLE. Eine moderne Küche, ein schickes Badezimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer haben uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
