The apartment is located in a quiet area of Can Picafort, ideal to disconnect from the routine. It is located a few minutes from the sea and about 200 meters from the beach. It is a very well distributed apartment ideal for 2 or 4 people, it has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and with all the comforts for them to enjoy (air conditioning, heating, cot, sofa, equipped kitchen, terrace, elevator. ..). The totally new and well equipped kitchen with access to the balcony.
Right in front of the apartment is our pedestrian promenade.
In the area where it is located you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, medical service, public transport ... And you can also practice different leisure activities such as: diving, horse riding, bicycle, car and motorcycle rental, visits to the natural park of the Phoenicians and l'Albufera ...

sehr freundlicher Host, alles prima, gute Lage und Ausstattung (inkl. Küche, Bad, TV, WiFi und Heizung), Sonne zum Frühstück auf dem Balkon.

Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber und bietet alle Bequemlichkeiten, für einen schönen Urlaub. Die Betten sind gut. Die Küche ist mit allen Untensilien bestückt, die man braucht. Das Fernsehgerät bietet viele deutsche Programme. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu unterschiedlichen Zielen, zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto.
Vielen Dank Montse und Paco - Ihr seid aufmerksame und nette Gastgeber! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
