A lovely spacious apartment on the 3rd floor of a 4-storey block (lift access), with two twin bedrooms, one with sea-view balcony, air-conditioned bedrooms and living area for cool summer nights & warm winter evenings.

Bright, spacious living & dining room leads onto the main apartment balcony with garden, pool and sea views.

Newly refurbished spacious bathroom and also additional shower room, newly fitted kitchen with separate eating area, dishwasher, utility room washing machine and drying facilities.

Full size 25m pool with separate children's pool set in manicured gardens. The pool is open all year round. A qualified lifeguard on duty from June to mid-September.

Just outside the complex can be found the bars, restaurants, shops & 5 mins to the large commercial centre El Zoco and 5 mins walk to beach this apartment is ideal for those who like everything close by yet staying in a quiet complex.

The complex also has secure resident’s car parking, parking is any available space is permitted. For overflow parking the surrounding streets are free to park on. A car however is not essential due to the excellent apartment location.

Apartment location : Only 30 mins door-to-door from Malaga airport this spacious, newly refurbished apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday yet it is close to all amenities in the town of Calahonda and approx. 10 kms from the bigger tourist towns of both Fuengirola and Marbella.

Set in manicured gardens comprising a full size 25m pool along with separate kids pool the gardens also have shaded areas under trees for those long hot summer days.

Amenities Close By: Just a 2-3 minute walk from a range of restaurants and bars in the residential town of Calahonda the apartment is ideally located for all your holiday needs and does not require use of a car.

Major supermarket, banks and the beach are located 7-8 minutes walk away. And not to be missed is the beautiful little marina of Cabopino just a walk on the beach away.

Sights by Car: For guests with a car Calahonda is located in the middle of the Costa del Golf with 30-40 golf courses are located within a 45 minute radius.

The historic hill town of Mijas (20km) has breathtaking views of the coast, with Fuengirola and Marbella (c.10km) great spots for beach, shopping and nightlife. A local bus service also serves these towns and more.

Inaccurate listing, but we had a nice time.Despite being shown on the listing, there is no playground, BBQ and the complex isn’t secure. However, my daughter and I had a good time regardless. Calahonda is a beautiful place. The immediate area has lots of restaurants, cafes and local supermarkets.Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Marbella etc, but easy to access via the bus. Check in was great. The property management company were very helpful.

Excellent location for exploring the Costa del Sol. This apartment had everything we needed, good sized kitchen, dining area and air conditioning throughout. Great 25m pool in well maintained gardens. Very peaceful and relaxing, and a short walk to local restaurants and bars. Excellent communication from property owner and agent who were both extremely helpful and easy to contact when required. Would recommend, we hope to visit again.

Another lovely stay at the apartment. Location is fantastic and minutes walk to bars, supermarkets, restaurants etc. 7 mins walk to the beach and bus stop to marbella or fuengirola. The apartment is spacious and a home from home in a well maintained residential building. Sun on the balcony in the mornings & lots of home comforts. We hope to return again soon. The two us stayed here recently and the apartment is well equipped and clean. As for the Wi-Fi, it accepted the given pass code but then then the "No internet, secured" message appeared on our 5 devices. We reported this to the local agent who said they would pass it on to the owners but heard nothing more. The TV only has Spanish channels and although there are plenty of DVDs, we couldn't find a DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped and clean and the bathroom looks new. The lounge has 2 comfy sofas and large dining table that accomodate 6 diners. Bedrooms are very nice. We will return - if the WiFi works[!]

A great place to stay, good selection of places to eat outside the complex on the strip or further down the hill and supermarkets a short walk away. Lovely pool area and a very spacious apartment. Fiona the host is very responsive to messages. The second shower is in a utility type area off the kitchen and we were disappointed this was not mentioned in the description or shown in the photos as not a typical set up in our experience. Balconies now have air conditioning units on them so no space for the seating on the bedroom balcony as shown in the photos, still a nice pool view with doors open though. Neither spoilt our holiday but would have been nice to be aware! We also experienced an issue with returning the keys to the owner in Ireland(not London as some outdated info said),they did not arrive within 2 weeks of our return from the apartment although we posted them as soon as possible and this resulted in us being charged pending their receipt, just a hassle we didn't really need after a lovely holiday! Never had to return keys in this way before and will certainly try to avoid in future.

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for 8 days with my daughter and Dad. It is bright, sunny, immaculately presented and has everything and more that you need for a lovely holiday inlcluding air con. It has 2 good sized bedrooms, one double and one twin. It has a lovely kitchen though you won’t use it much due to all the restaurants in the area. The shower is better than any hotel i have stayed in. The apartment is set in a residential area, on the 3rd floor and has a great lift, it is peaceful and well maintained. The pool is wonderful, large and was never busy and has a small area for children. Fiona was an excellent owner, she provided all the information i needed and was very good at keeping in touch. The apartment is near bars, shops and restaurants and it is easy to get around and it is set back from the road, you don’t get any noise. There is a lovely balcony to sit on which overlooks the pool and sea. There are some lovely restaurants nearby and the beach is a 10 minute walk, i did this with my Dad who isn’t so great at walking, caught a taxi on the way back as it’s uphill. The El Zoco centre has some nice bars and restaurants and is only 10 minutes walk, there is even a small tapas bar at the gates which we used every day and found to be very good. I would really recommend staying here, it is very well positioned apartment and i am so pleased i came across it as i will definitely be returning as there is something for everyone, young and old. The apartment was just as described, clean, comfortable, sun on the balcony in the mornings and the photos are a true reflection on how wonderful the apartment is. Great location, a stones throw away from shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a 7 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to public transport to visit Marbellla and Fuengirola. Fiona was a fantastic host and very helpful throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend. A home from home in the sun. We can't wait to return!

A very beautiful flat, verly friendly and simple, amazing mornigs, quiet nights. If you look for spanish experience, it could be dificult to find. The pool you can use is fantastic, the beach less. But next villages, the beach is good (Marbella). If you like chinese food, the "slow boat" near the flat is espectacular! We enjoied it with two kids, there were a lot of people with funny dogs.

We loved our stay in the apartment. It’s big and has all necessary facilities. The complex is surrounded by good restaurants. It’s a very cozy place with a big swimming pool and friendly neighbors. Calahonda is a great place from which you can visit cities like Malaga and Marbella. There are also nice beaches in the area. We liked Cabopino beach the most.

Lovely apartment, really well modernised with a lovely new bathroom and kitchen. TV only has a few spanish channels. Parking a huge issue. However the complex as a whole is quite old and tired, although generally kept very clean. Nice gardens and a very large pool although this is only open during the high season and despite the rules there is not always a lifeguard around. Pool area not always locked out of hours. Majority of apartments are spanish owned and it can get very rowdy at times especially with the sounds reverberating of each apartment block.

This property is superbly situated just behind the main restaurants and bars, although it's not noisy at all. The apartment block is always clean and smells lovely, the gardens are beautifully maintained and Fiona's apartment was spotlessly clean, with everything you would need for your stay. (although you do need beach towels but this info is just for your baggage allowance). Communication with Fiona was quick if needed however there were no issues that needed dealing with. We would definitely recommend this apartment and Fiona.

Set in lovely well kept gardens close to the sea front. The pool doesn't open until 12 but don't let that put you off take advantage to walk the boardwalk on the seafront. Restaurants excellent

Apartment is situated in an excellent location of Calahonda. You walk out of the amazing complex and your right on the Main Street (strip) with lots of restaurants, pubs and ten minutes walk to supermarkets, beach and another shopping centre which also has shops, restaurants and pubs. We could not have asked for a better place to stay!! The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need with amazing views and you can see the sea in the distance. There are two swimming pools one is very large and never gets over crowded and the other ideal for small children. The grounds are very well kept. We would definitely love to stay here again as we have family in Calahonda. We hired a car and visited lots of places. The owner of the apartment Fiona is very friendly and helpful to. Thanks for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Great apartment, great location and fantastic pool. The apartment is huge, spacious, cool and also gleaming. We were delighted with the big bedrooms and huge living area. We were never on top of each other. It has a great location only a couple of minutes walk from bars and restaurants and a big supermarket. Just outside the complex is a street of restaurants including great Tapas bar at the front of the complex - we sat outside there many evenings for drinks as well as food. Calahonda is a really nice area and not as built up as Marbella or Fuengirola. We found the owner very helpful to deal with and she answered all our questions and we were very pleased with the service. I can see why this apartment gets great reviews and is often booked up. It’s great for children in the summer with a large pool area, it is also perfect for a couple wanting a peaceful holiday, it’s not near any loud bars or nightclubs which was a big relief. We are very pleased so thank you!

We were really impressed with this apartment, all the photos are exactly as we found the apartment. All rooms were a great size, plenty of space for everyone. The main living area was light and spacious and really comfortable and bedrooms were large. The main balcony looks out towards the sea, we had breakfast there most days and it was November! There is air conditioning throughout for heating and cooling depending on the season. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen - we loved the orange juicer! Parking available in the gated car park area which was good. Lots of restaurants a few minutes walk from the apartment and large supermarket 5 mins away too. The owners were very helpful and easy to deal with, we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone.

French family with 2 teenagers staying for 2 weeks in August : The appartement is very well situated not far from shops and coasts, even if the nearest beach is not really nice compared to the ones a little further. It is really well furnished with anything you can need, and clean. The complexe is peacefull except sometimes by night when teenagers speak loudly and the day when the dog barks, but this might be the Spain touch : very lively ! We had a car and were able to park each time in the secure complexe (taking Helle Hollis services for the care hire was a really good advice). The neighbours were really kindfull and polite. The swimming pull is really peaceful and enjoying. Fiona was very helpful and good advices. We would probably recommend this appartment to friends or family. The restaurants in the road are really various. We tasted the Bogart's one and appreciated it a lot ! Really good and kind people.

It's always nerve wracking when you pull up to the place you have saved your money for and chosen to stay in for your holiday. We were pleasantly surprised every step of the way. The appartment has secure parking and is situated in a lovely neighbourhood good for families and couples alike. The surrounding apartments were a mix of residential and holiday lets which meant the pool wasn't jam packed with keen holiday makers. It's a good sized pool with a seperate toddler pool which is perfect for the kids and also for adults to get a good swim in. There is also a lifeguard on duty which set our minds at rest with having children. The pool and outside area was very clean and well kept. The appartment itself was spacious, bright, well equipped and well decorated. There were a few supplies such as cooking oil, washing powder, lilo and a bucket and spade for our use which was extremely handy. The area has a few bars and restaurants, we'd recommend christoffs and bogarts for good, traditional reasonably priced Spanish food, both within a short walk of the appartment. The nearest beach was walkable, it was a fairly quiet beach with a couple of places to eat. We found another beach which was a 10 minute drive away called cabbapino beach which had better facilities / more varieties and was shaped into a cove so was safer and the water was calmer for the young children to play in. There were several local supermarkets but the one we preferred was lidl as it was cheaper and had a larger variety. Everyone in the area was pleasant and friendly. Everything about the stay was enjoyable. Communication when booking the appartment was good and nice that it was a personal response from the owners. I would highly recommend booking this appartment.

Really nice and spacious and clean apt, family of 2 adults and 3 kids aged 12 to 7 had plenty of space and comfort, Fiona was very accomodating and easy to deal with. Apt very central to Restaurants and shops and pool had an extremely attentive and friendly life guard, local beach a bit rocky but Andy's beach a few km away was lovely. Would definitely go back to holiday there again.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Owner very helpful and informative. Area very nice with lots of places to visit within easy driving distance. Plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Only disappointment hence 4stars was the fact that the pool was closed . Apparently, no lifeguard -no pool. This was a real shame as the weather was beautiful . Luckily we love the beach. Would go back.

We have just returned from a 10-day stay at the apartment and can not wait to get back next year. Both my children (11 & 15) and my wife loved the place and the pool. Very secure and very quiet. The apartment itself is extremely clean and very comfortable. The air con is a great added feature. Fiona is a dream to deal with. We really could not fault it in anyway and will certainly aim to return in the future.

I stayed here with my mother, son, and grandson in February 2012 and we had a delightful time. The apartment is well-equipped and spacious, and very clean. We had everything we needed, and would happily visit again, although the route from carpark to the apartment was a little steep and uneven for my elderly mother. Full marks to the owners for excellent information before we arrived, and for all the things we needed in the apartment - including washing up liquid, cleaning materials etc. which we have had to buy in other places. The local shops are more than adequate for everyday things - the little mini-market just up the road (three minutes walk) has lovely fresh bread and pastries each day and very helpful staff who speak some English. We enjoyed visiting local beaches, particularly Fuengirola, which out of season we had almost to ourselves. Definitely a great place for winter sunshine - I came back with a tan worthy of the caribbean!

For a family this is great CLEAN apartment, located in a secure residential complex. Our kids loved the pool (which had a lifeguard) and was never busy with plenty of space to relax. Lots of bars and restaurants all within walking distance. We found having 2 showers really useful, especially when it comes to getting 2 kids cleaned up at the same time! The Kitchen had everything we needed including a nice big cooker for the Paella we made using the really fresh seafood from the huge supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Fiona (the owner) was very helpfull, providing us with all the information we needed, Fiona also helped us get a good deal on a hire care (which is not essential). But what really made our holiday was the local Bar Christobell situated next door to the apartment complex, lovely tapas, great service and very cheap! Can't wait to go back to Calahonda next year! We stayed here for a family holiday (2 adults, 2 children) in August 09. The apartment is spacious and the pool and gardens are very well maintained. We were going to hire a car but found no need as there were plenty of shops and restuarants nearby and the local taxi and bus service was soo easy to use. The small spanish bar just outside the gates was a regular port of call especially at the end of another hard day by the pool or at the beach.

We loved this apartment! Having been in many apartments on the Costa del Sol we were delighted with the location, spaciousness and comfort of the apartment. There are two large bedrooms, a light & airy living area and balcony with a sea view - lovely to have breakfast in the sun! The pool is a wonderful size with a deep end and a full time lifeguard. There is also a lovely pool for children. The pools are surrounded by manicured gardens which keeps you cool in the summer and no hot concrete to walk on! I recommend this apartment without hesitation and I know we will be going back again and again!
