About this apartment rental
You will have a very nice and luxurious apartment (Delivered on 12/20/2015). Mountain spirit, located in the village of Montgenevre. Very spacious, for 6 to 8 people, south oriented. You can enjoy its terrace and its garden with view to the tracks of Prarial. Quiet, at only 300 m and 4 minutes from the ski lifts, ski return at the foot of the slope possible. 3 double rooms of which: - Master suite (with 160 x 200 bed) - bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, - a mountain style area equipped with bunk beds, - a comfortable 140 x 190 sofa bed with memory shape mattress, two bathrooms - a bathroom equipped with a bath spa - a shower room (master suite) the vast living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee-maker…) Garage in the basement, remote control, ski locker, a small garden with some equipment as playground for the children (Grill, sandwich griller, waffle maker, crepe maker, stone grill, + 10 board games). The accommodation is very well located at 250 m from the mini market. All amenities and shops of the Montgenevre station. Durancia is at less than 15 min. from the centre (swimming pool, spa, wellbeing...) Cleaning service at the end of the stay included. Communication from the host was outstanding right from the start. And the local concierge was also excellent and so helpful. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything we needed and more! We really loved our stay becoming quite attached to the place with evenings enjoyed after a day’s skiing or a snuggly afternoon when the weather gave visibility that stopped skiing.The location is excellent too with a short walk to the main street where many of the lifts are as well as a range of shops, restaurants and cafes. Alternatively the bus stops directly outside the building and does a loop of the village with stops at lifts as well as other places. Our car never left the garage as everything is easily accessible! Highly recommend :)

We loved this apartment especially having the ground floor access to the snow so the children could play out in it. The jacuzzi bath was a lovely treat after a day on the slopes.The owners were lovely and so helpful. Would visit again.

Nice furniture, good bed and modern facilities. good internet. nice shower and jacuzzi bath which the kids enjoyed after a hard day on the slopes. No complaints.

Modern and bright apartment a short walk from the snow front. Easy walk down in the morning, but there is also a regular bus back up the hill for tired legs after a day of skiing.
Wonderful views of the ski area from the lounge. Well equipped kitchen and easy to self cater.
We were a family of 4 and appreciated the extra space and two bathrooms.
Host was very quick to come back regarding any queries.
Would not hesitate to stay again.
