About this villa rental
This delightful villa is set on a private 1,200 m² gated plot with remote control access, offering both security and privacy. It features a spacious covered terrace with direct access to a heated swimming pool, open from April to October—perfect for relaxing holidays with family or friends. Please note, pets are not allowed.
Situated just 1 km from the lively centre of Vidauban, the villa is surrounded by charming villages filled with restaurants and terraces. Daily markets invite you to explore local produce and crafts. The sandy beaches of Sainte Maxime lie only 32 km away, providing a wonderful blend of countryside calm and seaside fun.
Inside, the middle floor welcomes you with a spacious lounge featuring a 3D TV and a dining table for eight. The separate Provence-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso machine, Senseo coffee maker, and induction hobs. Upstairs, a loft bedroom with a double bed connects to a smaller open-plan room with two single beds, ideal for children. This floor also houses a cozy library/playroom. The villa is air-conditioned throughout, except on the lower floor. The swimming pool has an electric safety cover, and the sun terrace boasts 10 loungers. Three terraces, two covered with large sunshades, offer ample outdoor relaxation space.
Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted

We had a fantastic week. The house has all the comfort you need and more! Good beds and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher and coffee machine etcetera. The heated Pool is so nice and a great place to have fun! We also made good use of the BBQ on the balcony and had most of our meals there, with the superb view over Vidauban in the evening sun. Also a good location to start your daytrips to explore the beautifull city's and beaches and Parks and winery's and markets in the neighbourhood.

Welkomstpakket was een aangename verrassing en helpt je zeker op weg. Voldoende plaats om zelfs met twee gezinnen te verblijven en toch nog je eigen privacy te hebben. De ligging is ook perfect qua afstand naar de winkel / bakker... De beheerder is ook vriendelijk, flexibel en bereikbaar voor vragen.

Ruime, comfortabele villa, met schitterend uitzicht op dorp Vidauban. Prima locatie voor toeristische bezoeken in de regio. Vriendelijke en zéér toegankelijke huisbewaarder.

Heerlijke ruime villa in een prachtige omgeving. De ontvangst door de beheerder was hartelijk. Van de eigenaar kregen wij een welkomst tas met een heerlijke fles wijn en andere benodigdheden.
