The clean and modern side of the apartment and surprising area. Near a beautiful little park, perfect for kids.

The long public transport to the center and no bed for my kid of 5 when i booked for two adults and two kids (0 and 5) the bed and the cot are both extra. So the prize after booking will be higher. I would have liked it seen included or mentioned in information

Cosy flat with a lovely balcony

The instructions were given by the hosts before self check-in. I had some unexpected events on my trip and unfortunately ended up not seeing a message with additional information sent on the day of check-in. I arrived late at night and couldn't understand where the keys were (according to instructions sent days before). But in the end I managed to contact the hosts, who were very friendly and understanding of my situation.

It was a little tricky to find the main door number 5bis into the building (which was on the opposite side of the building to door number 5, located in front of the parking area). Although it didn't keep me from sleeping, the mattress of the sofa bed was too soft for me.

A wonderful spot from which to enjoy the area to the south west of Paris

bright, clean, well equipped - and very handy to explore both Paris and the south west of Paris area including Versailles and Chartres.

Amazing apartment

I loved the fact that apartment had a balcony and the decor was so homely. Everything was well placed. Also instructions to get into the flat was clear and the landlady was very friendly and helpful.

Only thing I recommend is for the apartment to have more small mirrors around the apartment

Great place if you don't mind staying outside the city in a residential neighbourhood.

Nice little apartment at an affordable price. Fairly easy to get into Paris city: 15 minute walk to train station, then direct train to Luxemburg area. The host is super friendly and eager to work with you and explain things. There are a couple small grocery stores nearby and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a simple meal.

This is an apartment on the 6th floor of a high-raise in a residential neighbourhood. It was hard to find because the address is misleading. Go to the building with the sign "5 Bis, Rue du Metro Charonne". The trip into Paris, including short walk, wait for the train, and train ride, is about 45 minutes. But, it is a lot cheaper than staying in the city.

Das Ankommen war direkt ein Wohlfühlmoment, denn die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Natürlich ist es Geschmackssache, aber in mir persönlich haben die Farben ein Urlaubsgefühl ausgelöst. Dass sich bei der Hitze draußen und der langen Anfahrt, fertige Eiswürfel im Gefrierschrank befanden, war die Kirsche auf der Torte. Der große Balkon bietet eine Menge Platz, geht allerdings zur Straße hinaus. Mich persönlich störte dies nicht, denn ich mag es entspannt auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und dem Treiben unten zuzusehen. Im Badezimmer befanden sich außer den Handtüchern auch ein Seifen- bzw. Shampoospender in der Badewanne. Außerdem hat diese zwei Duschbrausen. Die Küche ist absolut ausreichend ausgestattet. Wir haben jedoch vieles mitgebracht, so dass wir wenig verwendet haben. Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp ist problemlos und schnell. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder kommen. Für die, die auch ohne Auto anreisen: Vor der Tür halten die Busse 119 und 196, die beide von/nach Massy RER Bahnhof fahren (10 Minuten Fahrt, 2,50€, wenn man im Bus bezahlt). Der 196 in die andere Richtung nach/von RER Antony für den selben Preis. Die Haltestelle heißt Bd du 1er Mai. Juni 2025

Ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon hätte uns gefallen, da ab Mittags dieser in der prallen Sonne ist. Auch wenn ich gut geschlafen habe, wäre mir eine etwas dickere Matratze lieber gewesen.

Impressions après séjour de 2 semaines

Appartement fonctionnel avec toutes les commodités pour se sentir chez soi. Les équipements (machine à laver, réfrigérateur, cuisinière, four...) sont aux normes ( bon volume)

Le matelas un peu souple pour des clients ayant de problèmes lombaires ou dorsales. Absence de mixeur électrique pour les amoureux de cocktails de fruits et autres mets à mixer
