Location was very convenient for us. The room was clean on arrival, simple but still cosy apartment. Highlight for me was the well equipped kitchen, which made things easier to prep lunches and make breakfast. Also found it very convenient that there was access to the bridge linking to the convention centre carpark.
One of the towels supplied was a bit tattered looking on the edges. The shower head was a bit strange because water would flow fine and then a few seconds later just dribble, so had to turn the faucets more than usual a couple times.

I liked the location, it was not far from where we needed to travel everyday and the building had a good disability access point for my child. The sofa bed was the comfiest one I have ever slept on, the dimming lamp in the lounge was great as my child struggles to sleep without a night light and the kitchen was equipped with what we needed. Great air conditioning system too.
It didn't have a downside for us.

The room was still being cleaned, so he handed us the keys.
Cockroaches, and access to the bath for showering if you have a disability. No hand rail. The kitchen is outdated and needs a refurb.
