It had Enough supplies Pots and pans, silverware that sort of thing. Could of use a little bit more towels.

Smell Mold around the hot tub area.. And the idea of being charged for a room I've already rented, and I'm talking about the movie room.

House was perfect for the amount of people that booked

House had a lot of dust and spiders webs everywhere . Showers just need a good deep clean.

Location, layout of the 3 levels and the general homey feel it had

Small problem with leaking faucets especially the jacuzzi and also the master toilet leaks maybe needs a new seal. Previous guests have had a dog in the cabin. The urine smell was strong around the kitchen and living room wall ( we bought a disinfectant spray) and this was an issue for one of our kids with severe allergies. These things are easy fixes and would not stop us from recommending this property to others. We may even want it again next year if the “no pet” policy is enforced.

Beautiful location! Off to self atop mountain, did have other cabins downhill! Big grill out front! 2 hot tubs and wrap around decks! 2 living rooms! 5 bedrooms! 4 king beds, one full bed and two sets of bunk beds in game room downstairs!

Check in time on Booking said three, email from Red Awning said 4pm, not reminds the office in Sevierville is an hour ahead! Thought had to sign paperwork, had to travel to office in Sevierville to get a paper with alarm code and simple directions on it, started signing my name to the wrong paperwork realized hey these envelopes has name of cabin! Directions from iPhone map suck, use WAZE! Some of the beds old and can hear the springs crunch when u lie down or get up, carpet and floors dirty, need mopping and a good deep cleaning! Shower leaked constantly in master bath upstairs, main bathroom top floor toilet handle sticks and makes commode run constantly, main bath main floor moldy shower doors and unable to open and close easily! Bathroom shower downstairs doesn’t work! Towels smelled sour! Stove was dirty on top! Dryer vent to coming out front of cabin looks offset or broken???? Main floor tv cable wouldn’t come on when turned both tv and cable on!
