Rapport qualité/prix très bon en période de marchés de Noël ! L’appartement est très propre et très spacieux ! Nos enfants ont adoré leur chambre et nous la nôtre! Un sapin de Noël était décoré dans le salon et même un kouglof nous attendait .
Odeur de cigarette dans les partie communes de l’immeuble et on entend quand même pas mal la route depuis la chambre parentale. Mais rien qui ne soit du fait du propriétaire
