Splendid 16th-century "Luccan" villa that has been skillfully restored keeping all the characteristics typical of the manor villas of its time. Yet, at the same time, the villa has undergone all the changes necessary to make it a luxurious and comfortable villa for refined guests who want to enjoy the charm of a historic villa without giving up the comforts that they are used to. Set on top of a hill, between Lucca and the Versilia coast, this property also boasts a wonderful view of the hills and the surrounding countryside full of olive-tree groves, small vineyards and extensive woods. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden that is carefully maintained and well equipped, perfect for enjoying delicious breakfasts outdoors and with bowling green. Just below the villa is the swimming pool (12x6) (15/05-30/09) equipped with sun-umbrellas and sunbeds. The property consists of two buildings: the villa and the annexe which can be rented for 13 people in July and August or 8 people (without the annexe) for the remaining period of the year. Not far from the villa, in a completely independent position, is the residence of caretaker, who speaks several languages and is available to assist the guests during their stay without interfering in any way with their privacy. The accommodation has central heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms and Wi-Fi Internet connection. Included in the price: five hours/day of maid service 5 times a week. Parking on the property. A charging point for electric cars is available on request.
PLEASE NOTE: Arrival time is between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 7 pm a fee of 50 Euros is required and after 10 pm the fee is 100 Euros.) The villa is situated in a beautiful area with stunning views. The gardens were very attractive. We had a superb holiday thanks to the villa, amenities, Tuscany, and the helpful and friendly staff.
