A magnificent panoramic sea view for this charming Provencal villa of 100m2 built in 2012 on a terraced plot, decorated with a beautiful terrace of 50 m2 overlooking the swimming pool, with a dining area and a summer kitchen, a barbecue at gas and a pizza oven.
The house, located in a residential area, is 800m from Gattières, a small medieval village in the middle country of Nice, perched on the right bank of the Var, with all the amenities (post office, pharmacy, bakery, press, small supermarket, grocer butcher, restaurants, kindergarten).
You will find peace and proximity to the main tourist spots on the Côte d'Azur:
The center of Nice at 20 km, Monaco at 40 km, Cannes at 40 km, Saint-Paul de Vence at 15 km.
Halfway between sea and mountain, you can practice many outdoor activities: Climbing, via ferrata, canyons, hiking, mountain biking, sea kayaking, windsurfing ...
The house can accommodate 5 people: 2 adults and 3 children. The living room and the kitchen overlook the terrace. 3 bedrooms upstairs: One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed with a shower room, and two children's bedrooms, each with a single mezzanine, plus a single bed in one of them. A bathroom and 2 separate WCs.

We had a wonderful time here, the home owners were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home! The house is very nicely furnished, the pool and the outside area are great, and the vicinity is simply beautiful. Everything was thought of and taken care of, down to pasta and sauce with a local bottle of wine on arrival. I strongly recommend this house and its owners, thanks again!

Vue imprenable sur la vallée du Var, maison neuve très accueillante avec grandes baies vitrées, terrasse, piscine, ...
En gros tout le confort souhaité et des propriétaires très très sympa.
Séjour parfait à renouveler sans hésitation. On se sent chez soi...
