About this villa rental
"Casa del Sole" is located just 350 meters from the splendid "Mollarella" bay in Licata. The fine gold-colored sand beach and shallow water are ideal for families with children. The location is also ideal for exploring the southern coast of Sicily, such as Agrigento, Realmonte with its famous "Scala di Turchi" or the baroque cities of Ragusa and Modica and the mosaic of the "Villa del Casale" in Piazza Armerina. The living area of the holiday home is about 200 square meters and is distributed on two levels. On the ground floor the large living-dining room is equipped with satellite TV, sofa, fireplace, dining table and you have access to the two terraces of the house, there is a newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher, 4-burner stove , oven and fridge. On the lower floor there is also a bathroom with a shower / WC / bidet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with tub / toilet / bidet. The three bedrooms have a double bed or two single beds and an air conditioner (on request excluded from the initial payment). The outdoor area is extremely well kept with the new pergola. With its shady and sunny places, there is the possibility of spending time outdoors. In the late afternoon you can admire wonderful sunsets. Summary of reviewsOur holidays were very relaxing. The bay of Mollarella is beautiful, especially in October, with calm waters and mild temperatures allowing for swimming in the sea or long walks on the beach. The house is charming and very spacious. We were pleasantly surprised by the high standard of the equipment. Spending the day on the terrace reading, playing cards, or relaxing on the sun lounger was a pleasant option. The owners were very kind and tried to make our stay enjoyable in the house. It was perfect, thank you!

Le nostre vacanze sono state molto rilassanti. La baia di Mollarella è bella soprattutto in ottobre con la calma e le temperature medie che ancora permettono di fare il bagno nel mare o lunghe passeggiate in spiaggia. La villetta é graziosa e molto spaziosa. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dall'elevato standard dell'attrezzatura. Passare la giornata in terrazza leggendo, giocando a carte o rilassandosi sullo sdraio era un'opzione piacevole. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e hanno cercato di rendere piacevole il nostro soggiorno nella villetta. È stato perfetto, grazie!
