About this apartment rental
Located at the RDC of our house, the apartment open on a 24m² veranda where you will find a ping pong table, an apartment bicycle, a watterrower and a big table. Surrounded by a flowery, nice and private garden, you will also dispose of a garden salon mades in granit with a covered barbecue. It's built on one floor so it perfectly suit to those with reduced mobility.
The river is located at 10 meters and fishing is allowed, particularly fishing trout. To go at the ski stations, it will take around 30 mn by car. Summer and Winter, a lot of activities are available :
Prehistoric park in Tarascon, natural caves of Lombrives, Forges de pyrène à Foix, wolves park et Acrobranche à Orlu, nautical lift at Amplain, Castle and eagles of Lordat, of Foix, of Montségur, climbing, Canyoning and a lot of excursions.
To relax, you can go to the baths of Couloubret, thermal baths or the Casino of Ax-les-Thermes.
The location is close to Spain from 65km.
The aisle witch go accross the property, as well as the garden and the garden salon with the covered barbecue are reserved just to you.
It will be our pleasure to help you as much as you want, we always still around the house and will be delighted to answer your questions or show you things to visit. Even if we don't speak a word of english, we are really open-minded.
The apartment is pleasant in every season because its wall guarentee fresh air during Summer and the heating system a warm atmosphere during Winter.
A cleaning charge will be expected for animals.
Little and quite village with an international reputation because of its Talc quarry. Located at 8km from Ax-les-Thermes and 32km of Foix.
The train station is about 10 minutes by walk.
A closed garage and a parking plot in front of the property is included with the rent.

M. et Mme Moles sont très accueillants et de bon conseil. La façon dont ils reçoivent leurs locataires est remarquable. L'appartement correspond en tout point à l'annonce et est parfait pour une famille. Les environs sont superbes et les possibilités de balades et de randonnées à proximité sont nombreuses.
Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location, aussi bien pour l'appartement que pour la qualité d'accueil et les possibilités d'activités dans les environs.

Die Ferienwohnung ist unbedingt zu empfehlen! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, man wird mit Obst empfangen und auch eine gemeinsame Runde zur Begrüßung gehört dazu.
Die Wohnung befindet sich versteckt hinter einem herrlichen kleinen Garten, man kann auf der Veranda essen oder Tischtennis spielen und auch ein überdachter Grillplatz gehört dazu. Sogar ein Passat Variant paßt problemlos in die vorhandene Garage! Und zum Bäcker sind es früh nur 3-4 Minuten. Der nächste größere Supermarkt (Carrefour) ist max. 5 km entfernt im Gewerbegebiet vor Ax-les-Thermes.
Im Ort gibt es eine Burg und unbedingt das Talc-Bergwerk (Tagebau) zu besichtigen. Bis nach Andorra fährt man eine Stunde. Man kann überall wandern, diverse Tropfsteinhöhlen besichtigen oder die Katharerburgen Montsegur oder Puivert (und andere) besuchen. Und herrliche Schluchten gibt es überall. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.
