About this apartment rental
In the center of the city, at the beginning of the pedestrian area, in a 19th century building, a refined apartment full of period details. From the house you can access the main tourist attractions of Turin with a pleasant walk through the shopping streets. Upon returning, a spacious apartment will allow you to relax and experience atmospheres that bring back to Savoy Turin in a frescoed room with fireplace or to enjoy in the large bathroom a regenerating whirlpool bath. The 100 sqm apartment, located on the second floor, consists of an entrance hall, lounge, kitchen, large bathroom, bedroom and closet. The kitchen with table and four chairs is complete with every comfort (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffee machine). The bathroom is complete with shower and bathtub with hydromassage. The bedroom with double bed is equipped with wardrobes and chest of drawers. In the hall there is a dining area with table and four chairs, double sofa bed, TV, fireplace. On request it is possible to equip the apartment with a cot for babies or children.
The neighborhood is full of restaurants, pizzerias and shops. The house is located a few hundred meters from the Egyptian Museum, the Risorgimento Museum, Piazza San Carlo, the Royal Palace.
We are a few steps from the Porta Nuova train station and the subway station (about 100 m), as well as from the shuttle station to / from Turin Caselle airport

We spent 2 weeks in this fabulous apartment and highly recommend it to anyone looking for spacious accommodation in a very convenient central location with an utterly charming host named Daria. Communication was prompt and unfailingly kind. Access via lockbox was very easy especially with the excellent clear instructions (with pictures) that were provided. The property is in a limited traffic zone so walking is comfortable. The immediate neighborhood is full of shops and restaurants. The market - HUGE - is about a 15-minute walk away. The train station and bus stations are even closer. All major attractions are within walking distance. We used the Metro (clean, safe, punctual, frequent, 2 per trip) only to get out to the Fiat factory (now a museum) and the National Auto Museum.There are several restaurants directly in front of the apartment so there is some street noise but high quality windows filtered the sound. Yes, you can hear something but it is not enough to keep you awake. Ear plugs were thoughtfully provided but we did not find the need for them.Don't stay in a tiny studio! You won't regret choosing Casa Rattazzi.

Lovely formal apartment. It does not have 2 bedrooms, only one. Living room comfortable but ghastly, blinding lighting. Good location near train station.

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist genial gelegen um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden. Alles hat bestens geklappt von der Kontaktaufnahme bis zum check-out.
Die Bars und Restaurant`s vor dem Haus sind etwas laut am Abend aber die Fenster sind gut isoliert und halten den Lärm auf Abstand.
Wir haben das Auto in der Garage Lingotto http://www.lingottoparking.com/ parkiert und sind mit der U-Bahn in die Stadt gefahren.

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage!
Allerdings ist sie mit der vorhandenen Schlafcouch für 4 Personen nicht geeignet. Die Couch ist zu kurz und viel zu hart.
An geeigneten Kochutensilien fehlt es (schneidebretter, Töpfe Brotmesser etc).
Und leider ist die Wohnung insbesondere nachts mit der gegenüberliegenden irischen Bar viel zu laut.
