The ground floor has a further double bedroom with en suite shower room and access onto the patio. The property benefits from off street parking for one car. With full central heating and wood burner any time of year is a good time to take a break here, particularly at Christmas it is the focal point for the famous Mousehole Christmas Lights when the village is illuminated by over 7,000 bulbs.
