About this house rental
Unique and delicately furnished property, situated on the countryside by the sea in Stockholm's southern archipelago. The property is surrounded by the Fållnäs Estate enabling access to the park and nature. The stay will offer great possibilities to go fishing (just outside the house, rowing boats included in the price), tracking, discover private beaches, cycling, art galleries, wildlife, windsurfing and kite surfing at "Torö Stenstrand" and much more.
The house is spread out over three floors including a large open kitchen / living area with an open fire, 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sauna.
You will also enjoy a fully outdoor furnished area with a Weber barbecue. When renting the property you will also gain access to a large private boathouse + sundeck 200m from the property. Rowing boats are also available for free at the boat house
There is one baby cot and baby chair available

We stayed one week with our family (2 teenagers). The house is more than big enough for 4 people. The area around is very nice and quiet with many animals.
We also used an available rowing boat.
You can spend very quiet vacations in Fållnäas.
To go to Stockholm, Nynäshamn or other places there is some driving required.

Op een paar kleine punten zijn er wat verbeteringen mogelijk. Echter de sfeer in en om het huis, de heerlijke bedden, de sauna en houtkachel met hout zorgen voor een heerlijke beleving.

Sehr schönes Häuschen in einer parkähnlichen Anlage mit Nähe zum Wasser. Nur 45min nach Stockholm.
