Location is absolutely ideal for Cannes Film Festival. Its right in the center of town, walking distance from the station, Palace of Festivals and Congresses of Cannes is right down the street. Carrefour supermarket just a few steps from appartment. No need for uber if you need to be central including the beach. Appartment is clean, well kept and has everything you need. Hosts are absolutely lovely, so accommodating with early arrival and late departure, precious.
Some people may find it difficult going up the steep narrow stairs. If you do not want to be above restaurant then its not your place as noise and smell all come with the territory. If you are looking for views from appartment, there arent much especially if its the attic appartment. None of the above bothered us as we loved the location and will stay there again.

C'était propre, ça sentait bon, c'était confortable et abordable, en plein centre de Cannes.
C'est dommage que j'aie séjourné au 3ème étage et qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur, mais malgré cela, l'appartement est très confortable.

Tutto perfetto, dalla disponibilità e la gentilezza che è stata impeccabile.
Ritengo che ritornare a Cannes sia sicuramente tornare in questo appartamento.
