Very spacious apartment on the bus route and very close to the bus stop and convenience store and bakery.

Just needs a cosy duvet on the bed for chilly days and the blanket provided was more of a throw it doesn’t cover the entire bed only one side

Great experience

The apartment has very modern facilities and looked amazing. We also had the possibility to cook in there, as the kitchen was spatious, but we were there only for 3 nights and mostly went to eat in Dubrovnik city center. A big plus was that the location is near the 1A bus station - which goes directly to Pile (Old town) station - and that was great as it was easy to get to Dubrovnik center. We also appreciated having plenty of space for parking, as we travelled by car

We would have prefered having windows in the bedroom (apartment 2), but the AC was anyway good enough for us during the stay

reserved 2 bed rooms, but to enter rooms we ahould use stairs, its very inconvient. and sound of A/C is very loud. hot water somtimes stop and should wait few minutes.

Super stay

In a nice quieter area of town a short-ish bus ride from the super busy city centre. Very spacious, clean, newly decorated and well appointed apartment. Met by the lovely host which made things super easy. Parked the car right for free in front of the property so it was safe and secure. Some lovely walks along the seafront; great little coffee shop 3-5 minutes walk away; and a couple of fabulous restaurants not too far away that were recommended by the hosts and which did not disappoint. Grocery shop 2 mins walk away.

Because we were on a longer journey we would have liked a washing machine to do our laundry, but we managed :)

Great place to stay to visit Dubrovnik

Great location, easy to get the bus into Dubrovnik. Plenty of supermarkets and a few restaurants walking distance. Apartment had everything we need, the air-conditioning was fantastic in the July heat. Hosts were quick to reply.

Could of used more than two toliet rolls for 6 nights. Ended up buying more.

Perfect clean stay well connected to Dubrovnik in well equipped apartment, in summer watch out for bedroom ventilation

- super new interior - very clean - fully equipped kitchen - smart TV for Netflix etc - easy communication and instructions - good size (apt. 2) - stores, bakery by the accommodation - easy uber or bus ride to old center much cheaper than sleeping in the city - very good value for money - little outdoor area infront - laundry service (6EUR) - free parking

- Ventilation in the bedroom is tough in summer due to no window or AC in the bedroom itself (apt. 2)

Wonderful, clean apartment with friendly owners!

Ani was very friendly and helpful. Their personal approach was something we really value. Also did we prefer to stay outside the crowded area of Dubrovnik, because of the perfect location nearby a bus station it was very easy to get to the old town anyway. So if you’re looking for your own little apartment, close to the old town and for a good price this is your perfect stay! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent apartment and very comfortable stay

Our apartment was very clean with modern decor and had all the basic amenities to make it a comfortable stay. Good air conditioning and wifi. The host is lovely and welcoming. Although the location is not central to old town, the bus connection immediately outside the property makes it very easily accessible.

Overall everything was excellent and we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. A few minor suggestions: 1) on arrival there is no sign to reception, it may be useful to send information in advance about how to check-in and where to collect key; 2) kitchenware - all essentials are provided but there is no oven tray so we had to purchase one; 3) toiletries - there is handwash, towels etc but shower gel/shampoo is not provided.

The apartment is very nice the beds were comfortable. The best thing was the warmth and the knowledge of the Host Ani. She helped with sourcing a wheelchair for my mother which was priceless.

The only thing was there were not any cleaning facilities ie. Mop etc.

the property is freshly renovated, everything is nice and modern. the location is a bit far out, but if you have a car travelling is not a problem

Exceptional

We had a great time at our two day visit in Dubrovnik and especially at apartment Siblings. The rooms are new and in excellent condition with all the amenities one could ask for a family vacation. Clean and tidy with special care in every detail. Good parking in front of the rooms and very convenient for taking the bus to Dubrovnik center, just 2 minutes walk to the bus stop. Excellent communication with both Maria and Any who run the place.

Great location. Very near to bus stop which goes directly to Dubrovnik Old Town. Only 100 metres to supermarket and a 5 minute walk to beach and the lovely Vapor Bar.

Location was relatively close to dubrovnic and ferry port. The apartment was new and clean. It was in a quiet area with a supermarket nearby.

Generally happy

Beautiful, modern looking, very clean, friendly host. Nice bedrooms, enough storage space. Large area for free parking. Surroundings nothing special, but stores are only a few houses away and public transport to Dubrovnik center easy to use. Full-size dishwasher. Kids loved the empty space below the stairs.

The bathroom has room and utilities for washing machine, but no washing machine. For a longer stay it would be nice to have a vacuum cleaner available to clean up after ourselves. The table and chairs are quite uncomfortable. Internet connection could be better (connections limited to 3 devices and dropping off with heavier use).

Very good

The house is located in a small town (village?) 25 min away from Dubrovnik. Bus stop is next door literally, river side and couple of nice cafes were super nice and supermarkets are within few minutes walk. It’s very rural though, so mind that if you want more active evenings. Apartment itself was very clean, had everything needed, super modern, new furniture and bathroom. Host Ani was always available and super nice, she gave really good recommendations: where to go, what to eat, etc.

The studio apartment I stayed in was located on the first floor and right in front of the bedroom window there is a garage where owners and visitors park. Starting 7am there is non-stop really loud noise. Wifi connection was super unstable and it was impossible to work for me: for 3-4 days I had to be almost entire day out of apartment. Area itself is all surrounded by construction on the river side at the moment.

We loved staying here the owners and there family are wonderful so kind and helpful they gave us fresh vegetables that they grown from there garden and always there to help great restaurants recommendations would definitely stay again

Great apartment near Dubrovnik with wonderful hosts, defintely to recommend.

The hosts were extraordinarily kind and helpful. The apartment is modernly furnished and kitchen is equipped with kitchen appliances. It even had free coffee, sugar, tea, salt. Everything is so clean. Parking spaces are available. Access to the city of Dubrovnik is very easy.

I am overjoyed to have rented the apartment Siblings. Modernly decorated, clean and easy to find, the apartment was ideal for rest and peace from the city noise. A recommendation to everyone who wants to be close to the Old City, and at the same time enjoy peace without city noise. Ani is an excellent host, professioanl and very kind. I'll be back for sure!

Buen apartamento con buena ubicación.

Alojamiento bastante espacioso, limpio, zona tranquila, 2 habitaciones a diferente altura, dos camas grandes y cómodas, instalaciones y decoración moderna y nueva, a 2 min. supermercado y tienda donde comprar tickets de autobús (Tobaco), parada de bus a 3 min. Recomendable ir en bus a Dubrovnik (30 min) ya que la hora de parking se paga mínimo a 7€!!!!. Tiene aceite, sal, café molido, gel, jabón de platos, de manos…

Falta microondas, puerta en la mampara de la ducha para que no se salga todo el agua, y sería más práctica una mesa baja que barra con 4 taburetes. Sofá un pelín incómodo. Estaría mejor tener cafetera de cápsulas en ven de las baratas de café molido en papel vegetal…
