Apartments Elica

Obiekt znajduje się bardzo blisko portu, do którego wpływa prom (ok. 5 min spacerem). Willa oferuje oddzielne apartamenty z własnymi balkonami (z naszego był przepiękny widok na port i Dubrownik - z takim widokiem poranne śniadania smakowały tam znacznie lepiej) i/lub współdzielonymi tarasami. Najbardziej podobało nam się, że właścicielka jest bardzo serdeczną i gościnną osobą, dbającą o komfort gości i ich prywatność, a także czystość pościeli i ręczników. Dodatkowo w trakcie naszego tygodniowego pobytu zostaliśmy poczęstowani ciastami upieczonymi przez właścicielkę oraz świeżymi owocami z ogródka, co było bardzo miłym gestem. Ponadto na korzyść obiektu przemawia bliska odległość od portu z promem na inne wyspy oraz Dubrownik, jak również dwóch restauracji (w obydwu jedzenie jest pyszne) i jedynego sklepu na wyspie. Była to nasza pierwsza wizyta na wyspie Koločep i na pewno nie ostatnia. Bez wątpienia przy kolejnej wizycie wrócimy do apartamentu Elica.

Wyjazd był zdecydowanie za krótki ;( Chętnie zostalibyśmy jeszcze tydzień.

It is a wonderful place, right near the harbour. The path to the house is not long and not uphill. We received clear instructions ahead of our stay, which made arrival very easy. The apartment is nice, AC is working perfectly, the balcony provides amazing sunsets. The host is so welcoming, she made fresh cakes for us which were delicious! Better than anything you can find on the island restaurants. All in all, a very relaxing idyllic place to stay and just enjoy.

Vlasnica apartmana je predivna osoba. Prvi dan nas je dočekala sa kolačima i sokom. Tijekom boravka nam je u nekoliko navrata donosila kolače koje je ispekla. Što god da nam je trebalo uvijek nam je pomogla. Imala je puno razumijevanja za moju djecu. Nakon četiri dana boravka promijenila nam je ručnike i posteljinu. Apartman je čist i imali smo sve što nam je potrebno. Kuća je 1 min udaljena od pješčane plaže. Prezadovoljna sam boravkom i sigurno bi se vratila.

Sea view was nice. Bed was comfortable. Unit was clean.

There were many things that left us disappointed here. The main air conditioning unit was broken during an extreme heat wave. Our kitchen faucet was very loosely attached. Our shower head handle was broken (an OLD break, the plastic is discolored by the age), making it impossible to stand under the shower. Chipped tiles all over the bathroom. It felt like all the old dishes and furniture from someone’s house ended up in our unit. The WiFi was very unreliable. My husband used his data on his Swiss phone, my American phone always got kicked off the WiFi. No paper towels, no paper napkins! Just felt like the absolute bare minimum was being done. I think the owners are fine people who honestly believe they are doing an excellent job, but I guess it’s all relative to what a person is used to for the same price. Just because people don’t complain, it doesn’t mean you’re doing a great job! We have stayed in other parts of Croatia and had wonderful stays with other hosts.
