Great location, 5 minutes walk from the port. A wonderful welcome from Gabrielle who provided cake. So clean and peaceful, our own little haven. We stayed in the room at the back of the property but it had a huge balcony and if we sat to one side we could see the harbour. Washing machine was fab xx and powder kindly provided

Very nice stay, highly recommended

The host is lovely, she welcomed us very well, made us feel like in home, and even baked a cake and shared it with us, that was very kind and unexpected. She keeps the rooms in a very nice condition, clearly she cares to keep the place very clean. She also informed us where is more private beach and we could spent our time there.

You need to be aware when ferry travels (which we didn't check in advance, so that's on us) and adjust your schedule to it, it's couple times per day, but as long as you adjust to it, there is no problem, it wasn't a issue for us in the end.

Good location. The room was clean and had anything you needed, a kitchenette, a washing machine and a nice little terrase. The host Gabriela was super friendly and helpful. She came with home made cookies and helped us get to the airport in time when the ferry didn’t go because of the bad weather.

Wonderful place.

Apartmwnrs Elica, was great! It has a fantastic view to the sea. It is close to the beach near the small port in Kolocep. It also has got a small varanda with a small table and chairs. The bed was comfortable and the pillows too. Also fresh clean towels. Kolocep has got the most beautiful sunset. Gabriela the owner, was lovely and very friendly. I back home with extra few pounds, because she gave me cake every day. Thanks Gabriela, I shall come back again. 🥰

Perfect for a relaxing stay! Host is amazing!

Absolutely amazing stay with the most attentive and kind host! Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning is great and the room had everything we needed. The host brought us freshly baked goods daily, she is wonderful. The property is very close to the port (please make sure you do a grocery shop in Dubrovnik as the store on the island has limited goods). The property is gorgeous and homes a cute little cat! We spent 4 nights here and had such a relaxing getaway, make sure you walk to the other side of the island (25 mins) to spend time at the beautiful quiet beaches. There is a lovely sandy beach right outside the property too.

Great location, even better host.

Location of the apartment is brilliant, just a 5 min walk from the port along the coast. Apartment was very clean and modern. Shower was big with good water pressure. Upon arrival the host gave us freshly baked cakes and juice and on our last night she made us delicious pancakes with her homemade marmalade. After booking she made us aware that there was only one supermarket and that it was better to bring your own food from Dubrovnik. She recommended a lovely local restaurant (stari miri) which we ate at twice. Would highly recommend Apartment Elica.

The apartment is cosy, new furnished, with kitchen equipment. Everything was tidy and clean. Lovely quiet place, 3minutes walk to the beach. I stayed in apartment Fabijan. It has terase in the shade of trees. The energy was really relaxing. The owner was kind, friendly and helpful. Definitely would love to come again.

Wonderful location. Just a few minutes to the beach. The private balcony was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the seaview and sunset. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need. Gabriella treated me to freshly baked bread and cakes every day. Hvala puno, Gabriella i Duvravka!

Very lovely stay

The property location was excellent and the host and her family where very kind and welcoming.

One light and the tv didn’t work but very minor things that didn’t make the holiday any less enjoyable.

Disappointing

Sea view was nice. Bed was comfortable. Unit was clean.

There were many things that left us disappointed here. The main air conditioning unit was broken during an extreme heat wave. Our kitchen faucet was very loosely attached. Our shower head handle was broken (an OLD break, the plastic is discolored by the age), making it impossible to stand under the shower. Chipped tiles all over the bathroom. It felt like all the old dishes and furniture from someone’s house ended up in our unit. The WiFi was very unreliable. My husband used his data on his Swiss phone, my American phone always got kicked off the WiFi. No paper towels, no paper napkins! Just felt like the absolute bare minimum was being done. I think the owners are fine people who honestly believe they are doing an excellent job, but I guess it’s all relative to what a person is used to for the same price. Just because people don’t complain, it doesn’t mean you’re doing a great job! We have stayed in other parts of Croatia and had wonderful stays with other hosts.

Wonderful stay!

First, the location of apartment is really great - in the very center, but away from the main street, between the gardens. Beach is 2 minutes walk away. View from balcony is amazing! And you don't have to go up endless stairs, which is often on this little island. Second, the hostess is wonderful. We felt really welcomed and taken care of. Thank you very much, dear Gabriela for everything you did for us! Third, everything was very clean and well equipped. Although we didn't have an apartment with a kitchen, there was a cupboard with enough dishes, cutlery, even knives. Very comfortable.

A bit hyperactive neighbors who spent all their time in their garden, then mowing grass, then digging potatoes, then watered, then weeded... So we couldn't 100% forget that we are still on Earth in this place of paradise :)

Very helpful, came to the ferry to meet us. Checked everything was ok throughout our stay. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Gardens well maintained. Basic cooking ingredients, towels and toilet rolls provided. No complaints or concerns.

Very close to the beach and also easy to reach from ferry. Very clean, towel change every 2 days, clean white bed linens. The owners waited for us with homemade nut liquor and apple pie, also every 2 days the lady brought us homemade sweets. They are extremely polite and very helpful. If we ever come back to Kolocep, we will definetely pick the same location. Thank you for everything, we had a perfect honeymoon!

The house was but a short walk from the ferry,close to an excellent restaurant and bar,and a shop;many nice little beaches were close.View from our private balcony over the orchards and gardens to the sea,islands and mountains was stunning.Roomy apartment,with comfortable beds,a good size sofa,adequate storage space,kitchen with all necessary equipment,a good shower:all was spotlessly clean.Our host,Gabrijela,was so very attentive,she so oftern left us beautiful cakes and other pastries;towels were so often changed;any help we needed was quickly given.Gabrijela met us when we arrived on the ferry to take us to the apartment.The island is so tranquil,the swimming is so good here.There is also a very nice terrace at the back of the apartments on which to sit;the gardens here are beautiful,beautiful flowers and so well-kept.There are no cars on Kolocep,so adding greatly to the feeling of relaxation.Kolocep is closer to paradise than anywhere we have stayed.The inhabitants of Kolocep are so warm and welcoming.

Great vacation

The island Kolocep is a great and peacefull small island without cars. The sandy beach was very near and was perfect for kids. Hosts were very helpfull and polite. Each morning they brought some home made biscuits or cakes. All in all - great vacation.

Amazing Stay in Koločep!

The property was very well looked after, we were welcomed off of the boat by the host, who came on to make sure we didn’t miss the stop getting off! Walked us to the property telling us about different things around the island that we could see. Once into our room it was clear to see it was very well looked after, and had the most stunning view. It was simple but very much effective and what we were looking for. The bed was very comfortable and the Host was very lovely in bringing us home made breads in the morning and cakes in the afternoon. She was very good at giving us advice about the island and ferry times and couldn’t ask for a better host. The most exceptional value for money of a property I have ever seen! Would highly recommend supporting this local business to Koločep!

Fabulous homemade cakes! Amazing hosts! Beautiful sea view!

We enjoyed very much staying at "Apartments Elica" on the island Koločep! The host family is super nice and very helpful. Dubravka provided us with a ferry schedule and picked us up from the port. Gabriela brought us delicious, homemade cakes every day. We felt very welcomed and had a fabulous stay! The sea view from the balcony is amazing! We would love to stay longer and want to be back :)

Meraviglioso

L'appartamento affaccia sul mare, una vista spettacolare. Facile da raggiungere dal porto.. La proprietaria una signora simpaticissima e cordiale. Quasi ogni ci portava un po di dolce fatto in casa, tutti deliziosi. Bagno e lenzuola pulitissime, spesso ci portava il cambio. Letto e cuscini comodi. Condizionatore in perfette condizioni. Accessiori per la cucina.

Una cosa che si potrebbe aggiunge è una piastra elettrica per cucinare qualcosina (visto che ci sono pochi ristoranti e market in zona) e controllare il frigo. Aggiungere qualche molleta per gli indumenti da stendere.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Koločep bei einer ganz lieben Vermieterin. Es ist perfekt um einfach mal vom Alltag zu entspannen, wir haben uns direkt bei Ankunft sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden nett empfangen. Die Lage, die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung und der Ausblick waren perfekt. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.
