The A/C unit in our room periodically emitted a squeaking sound. I tried to turn the fan off but wasn't able to.

Carpet was very dirty and needed shampooed or replaced. I didn't want to go barefoot. Bathroom was clean but needed fresh calking on the shower and the toilet.

Overal my stay was okay, met my needs but I did santize my room as I felt it was not clean

At check in after a 16 hour drive I had to wait 20 mins for teh staff to return to the desk. He was upstairs cleanig a room and when I wernt to my assigned room, the vacumm cleaner was outside my door. This leads me to believe he was cleaning my room, which also worries me of the actual cleaniness of the room as that is not his job, that is housekeeping.

Pillows were cheap and awful to try and sleep on. Coffee was warm at best, they allowed contract workers who parked so many vehicles in multiple spaces, we had to drive around until someone left to get a parking space.

We did not feel that it was worth the price.

We had a first floor room and could hear the person above us moving around all night. There were stains on the sheets. The pillows on my bed had a body odor smell. I don't think they were clean. The carpet was stained in the room.

Excellent stop during our travel!

Plenty of parking, clean and modern decor, spacious hallways, friendly front desk, nicely appointed and well lit rooms with stand up shower. Everything felt like new, including the mattress!

Everything was newer. It smelled good, it was in a safe environment. The breakfast, water, tea and coffee is one of the amenities I look for when selecting a place. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean.

My booking.com had a king for 159 and then had a king studio with balcony for 179…then when we got to the room, there’s was no balcony. Fix the typo on your website bc this is wrong to do. There’s no balcony’s at this location. I paid extra for nothing. After driving 5 hours going up and down to resolve something that should be clear on your website was frustrating.

The Breakfast was okay. There could have been more of a variety of items on the menu. To say the hotel is only 5 years old the chairs in the dining area were ripped and badly stained.

The rooms were not cleaned, the sheets were not changed, hair was all over the floor in the shower. The toilet had not been cleaned. We were moved to another room only to find similar issues with the toilet (urine and hair).

Great place to stay!!

The breakfast was awesome. Our rooms were so spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is to have a hand held shower sprayer instead of a shower head.

Unable to get any response from the property. Their phone support considered booking as third party and referred me to to chat there. Chat there is all automated messages from them with no one responding. Felt like it’s a comedy it a tragic one.

Expected more from a Hilton operated hotel.

Location.

Breakfast was blah, out of orange juice 3 of 4 days. Dining room chairs were ripped, stained and dirty. Watched employees carry in groceries from Wal-mart for the kitchen. A female employee used the F-word directed at her boss, employees gossiping in the lobby about other employees were patrons could hear. Handicap parking unavailable 3 of 4 days. Expected more from a Hilton hotel and for the price.

Stayed here in the past, Great location for our bike riding trips. Clean, comfortable.

The hotel Manager Bradd Jones was very rude and unresponsive, We made this reservation through booking.com. When we arrived, despite having confirmation emails from booking.com and Welcome emails from Hampton inn and Bradd Jones, there was no record of our reservations at the Hotel. We had to make another reservation with the Hotel, which was more than the original reservation with Booking.com . We had difficulty speaking to Bradd directly. We were of the impression he was avoiding us and just had his staff talk to us. We did reach someone at booking.com who was very helpful and responsive, but we needed the Hotel to respond to what Booking.com did to fix the problem. Bradd refused to speak to us, so we finally just waited him out in the Lobby until he would speak to us. He said the people at booking.com were lying to us, that the problem was theirs. We asked if he could call booking.com to assist and he said there was nothin g he could do to help us and got mad and told us to complain to 1-800 Hilton and then walked away from as we were still trying to speak to him.
