About this cottage rental
It is a "NEW" house built 300 years ago and completely restored.
Located in the historic center of Albarracin, 20 meters from the main square. It is an independent house distributed on 2 floors with direct access to the street of Chorro. From your windows and balconies you can touch the rooftops on the other side of Azagra street. All the furniture of the living room and the rooms has been renovated for the presentation of this accommodation as a tourist establishment.
It has an unbeatable location to be found in the center of the historic center and have access to all places of interest walking a few meters.
The house is decorated with a modern and innovative design with a minimalist touch within an environment typical of another era. It has all the necessary amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
It is a totally independent house and is not rented by rooms.
Are distributed in 2 plants. On the ground floor is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a room with 2 bunk beds and a pantry. And on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and another bathroom with bathtub. All the furniture of both rooms and the dining room is totally new. In the dining room there are 2 sofas beds in case they are necessary.
It is a house that can be perfect both for 2 people and for 8.
If necessary, there is a brand-new travel cot-park.
Animals are accepted as long as they are educated.
In case of bridges or holidays joined at weekends the minimum duration of the stay will be the duration of the bridge.
We are Héctor and Marta, we have a store in the street parallel to the house, "ARTESANÍA JARRETA", so at any time you can find us. We will be happy to help you, being good connoisseurs of the environment, and make your stay an unforgettable vacation.

La casa está ubicada a escasos metros de la plaza mayor. Lo primero a mencionar es que viajamos a menudo con perros y no había encontrado una casa rural que admita mascotas tan sumamanete limpia: ni olores, ni el mínimo resto de pelo, todo impecable. Daba gusto, como en tu propia casa. El suelo estaba impoluto. La cocina totalmente equipada, con todo nuevo recién comprado, super ordenado. El mobiliario nuevo y decorado con gusto. Las camas comidísimas. Las toallas de los baños de calidad excelente. Además nos obsequiaron con un queso de la zona y un tinto. Tener la tienda que regentan abajo te garantiza la resolucion de cualwuier duda, y son super amables, cariñosos.. Hemos salido encantados. Lo recomendamos sin lugar a dudas!! Un autentico placer.

Llegamos un grupo de 5 amigas de diferente procedencia, Bilbao, Córdoba, Madrid y aunque algunas ya conocíamos el entorno, nos dejamos sorprender por el pueblito. Los dueños tienen una tienda de recuerdos y gastronomía de la zona justo debajo de la casa y estuvieron pendientes en todo momento de nuestras necesidades. La recepción de las llaves fue a una hora tardía, 9.30pm dado nuestra distancia y a pesar de ello, Hector, el propietario nos espero sin problema. Nos dieron recomendaciones gastronómicas, de reserva de visitas guiadas y sobre todo rutas para andar y disfrutar del magnífico paraje que rodea Albarracín. Una persona súper cercana y dispuesta a responder a todas nuestras preguntas.
La casa es tal cual las fotos, impecable, con todo lo necesario. Las camas muy cómodas para un sueño reparador, y nos sentimos como en casa, la pena no poder pasar mas tiempo allí.
Recomiendo a grupos de 6 personas que elijan esta casa, perfectamente situada en la Plaza Mayor del pueblo y u paso de numerosos restaurantes y con todo lo necesario cerca.
La hora de salida, al no tender inquilinos ese día de entrada, nos dejaron dejar las maletas hasta las 14:00 que ya iniciamos el retorno a nuestros destinos. Inmejorable!!
