We pride ourselves on creating space for memorable family vacations. It is safe and suitable for children or infants. The maximum occupancy limit is 10 guests, including adults and children. We provide one (1) Playpen for infants. Therefore, The maximum number of infants is 2.
This home is centrally located with excellent access to Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, Downtown Orange, Angel Stadium, Honda Center, Knott’s Berry Farm, Universal Studios, shopping, dining as well as Old Towne Orange, one of the most charming historic downtown areas in Southern California. GUEST ACCESS: Self check-in with keypad anytime after 3 PM-10PM. Guests have access to the entire house and backyard. It is very private, home backs up to a school.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We will ensure that you will have the best vacation is possible, so don't hesitate to get in touch about anything! Restaurant recommendations, reservations, shopping, beach suggestions or anything for the house, please let us know.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* Trash day is Wednesday. If you stay during that day, for privacy, please take the garbages/recycling bins to curb on Tuesday night and bring them back in the next day, Wednesday night. Thank you!
* Street Sweeping day is Thursday, so be sure to park in the driveway so you don't get a ticket.
* For your safety, there are cameras in front of the house, the backyard and inside the garage.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
* Overview: This is a very safe, friendly and quiet neighborhood! Please help us respect the neighbors by keeping the noise down after 10 PM. NO outside activities between 10PM - 8AM
Nearby parks (3-7 minutes; 1.2 miles) include Yorba Park, Santiago Creek Bike Trail, and El Modena Park.
Nearby restaurants and bars (0.5 mile) include In-N-Out Burger, The Original Pancake House, Johnny Rebs' Southern Roadhouse, and Sushi 21.

I wish I had pages and pages to write on to tell you how wonderful this property was, but more importantly, the owners were over the top AMAZING to work with. We rent several properties often and all over the world. This was hands down the best property and experience we have ever had. The house was GORGEOUS, clean, lovely, spacious. We enjoyed every minute of it and the backyard was heaven for reading, playing cards, and just relaxing. The house was stocked with so many "extras"-shampoo, etc... On to the hosts, so much to say. They were always immediate with their responses when I had questions and super helpful. This next part says so much about them. A year ago I reached out to them and told them my daughter was graduating from college and we wanted to know if the property was close to campus. He said yes and it was. Then we booked it. Keep in mind a year has gone by and when we arrived, there were congratulations balloons and all sorts of treats and wonderful snacks for my daughter. I cried when I walked in. I am running out of room to write but book this property. It's amazing and you won't regret it. Best experience ever. Lisa Linn-Colorado

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was beautiful, clean, and clearly very well cared foreverything felt thoughtfully maintained and welcoming from the moment we arrived.One of the highlights was how fully stocked everything was. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook comfortably, with plenty of utensils, cookware, and essentials. The laundry setup was just as convenient, with supplies readily available, which made our stay that much easier and stress-free.The host went above and beyond by even providing snacks, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch.They were also incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout our visit. It’s clear they take pride in making sure their guests have a great experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained place to stay.

During the covid pandemic, rental house is always my concerns when booking. However, this beautiful and super clean house freed my mind from worries. Although the restaurants and supermarkets were within minutes of driving, full equipped kitchen and patio tempted our cookings. The beds were really comfortable and 3 full bathrooms were a plus. Not only was the house spacious, kid friendly but also safe, quite, and great neighborhood. Awesome hosts. Amazing experiences when staying here. We can't wait to be back.
