Four super king-size bedrooms, which are zip/link (can be twin beds upon request) all with en-suite shower rooms (two with wet rooms and wheel-in showers) plus a family shower room. Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. TV with Freeview, DVD, WIFI. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking for 3 cars. Outside storage for bikes. Rear patio with furniture and BBQ. Two small well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On each side of the river is the beach and a promenade where you can watch the boats in the bay. There is a National Trust visitor centre and car park. Pwllheli and Abersoch are within easy reach. Discover castles and coves, or enjoy fishing, watersports and golf opportunities available nearby. The scenery and walks at the Snowdonia National Park area are within driving distance, making an ideal base for a varied and enjoyable holiday, at any time of year.
