About this villa rental
Located in Uzumlu village, near Kalkan, this purpose-built honeymoon villa enjoys spectacular views and the benefit of an indoor heated pool, which with the combination of the location's mild climate makes it an ideal option for guests wishing to come at anytime of the year. It comprises of one large bedroom and has a capacity of two guests, but a small child can also be accomodated by the use of the sofabed in the lounge if desired.
Set on the lower slopes of the Taurus Mountains the villa affords breathtaking views of Patara Beach and unforgettable sunsets. These views can be enjoyed from throughout the whole villa, which has an indoor pool in its bedroom, 4 x 3 m, depth 1.05m, with a hydro-massage feature. There is a seating ledge for guests to enjoy a relaxing massage whilst soaking in the views ambience. The heating system for this pool can be made operational for an additional charge of 1500 TL per day , payable on arrival at the villa. This makes this an ideal choice for those guests looking to come in the cooler months of the year. Please note that this pool can be heated to approximately 28 degrees centigrade depending on the ambient air temperature, so it is NOT hot as such. Guests wishing for this pool to be heated should inform us at least 2 days before their arrival in order for it to be able to reach the maximum temperature by that time.
It is extremely well-equipped, indoor and out, to meet all guests requirements, using only the best quality materials.The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a low-level luxury circular bed, which combined with the immaculately designed and furnished living areas and large outdoor pool, (10 x 3.5m depth 1.45m ), make this property an ideal romantic holiday villa. The secluded nature of its location also makes it very suitable for those who wish to holiday in total privacy for religious or other reasons.
The villa is located some 8-10 km from the sophisticated coastal resort of Kalkan, some 12-17 mins. drive away. The last approx. 300m of approach to the villa is along an unsurfaced village road. The immediate area surrounding the villa is concreted. The nearest grocers shop is some 2 km away and offers a free delivery service to the villa.
If you stay less than 5 nights, there will be 2500 TL cleaning fee, payable on arrival at villa.

Abgeschieden liegt in den Bergen eine der 4 Villen unseres Gastgebers. Wir sind freundlich empfangen und am nächsten Morgen zu einem landestypischen Frühstück ins Haus seiner Familie eingeladen worden. Unsere Villa ist für 2 Personen ausgelegt, großzügig geschnitten und komfortabel. Von dort aus lassen sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen.

Villa exceptionnelle avec vue et un couché du soleil à couper le souffle. La ville de kalkan est très charmante et ses habitants fort sympathiques.
Ensemble de la villa très propre et fonctionnel, propritaire des lieux très gentil, à l'écoute et à disposition à tout moment.
Encore merci à Christine et à Erdal qui ont été formidable, professionnel et qui ont tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe pour le mieux. Je recommande fortement et on y reviendra sûrement !!
