About this apartment rental

Central apartment with excellent views. Located in front of the summer pool, three minutes from the square and 5 minutes from the Town Hall. Simple and cozy decoration. Spacious and bright. The apartment is composed of two floors, in the upper, attic there are living room, kitchen, single room with bathroom and toilet. In the lower 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms as well as 1 single room. Total 8 beds + 1 nest. Kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Central heating.

Alojamiento estupendo, casa muy confortable y en una posición perfecta en el pueblo del Espinar. Seguramente volveremos.

El alojamiento es estupendo. Es un dúplex, muy amplio, con mucha capacidad, aunque nosotros éramos 4. Está muy limpio, muy bien ubicado y muy tranquilo. Decorado con muy buen gusto y super cómodo. Tiene las mejores vistas de todo el Espinar. Repetiremos seguro. Muchas gracias a María y a Eti por cuidar tan bien de todos los detalles.

Hemos estado 15 días en julio y todo fenomenal. Lo mejor de la casa son las vistas desde la terraza, probablemente sean las mejores de todo El Espinar. Con la casa no hemos tenido ningún problema, es moderna y todo ha funcionado bien. Tenían menaje suficiente para pasar bastantes días. La dueña contesta rápidamente en caso de necesitar algo.

Perfecto. El dúplex está fantástico. Amplio, cómodo y bien cuidado. Lo hemos encontrado muy limpio. Estaba perfectamente preparado para nuestra llegada. La cocina grande, moderna, genial para el uso de varias personas. Las vistas desde la terraza son estupendas. Todo el piso tiene un estilo moderno y funcional. Acogedor. Ha resultado ser el sitio perfecto para esta estancia. Las fotos publicadas son reales aunque mejora al estar en el. En definitiva ninguna pega. Todo favorable. Gracias para Maria la propietaria y Eti la encargada de recibirte por ofrecer calidad. Nos vemos.. Saludos..
