La posizione in centro storico

La camera presentava un odore persistente di chiuso e mancava di freschezza. L’arredamento risultava datato e poco curato, trasmettendo un senso di trascuratezza. Il bagno era estremamente piccolo, con spazi poco funzionali per un soggiorno confortevole.

Vivace e accogliente paese

Umag è bellissima, molto caratteristica, con viuzze medievali. L'appartamento è a piano terra, Google maps non porta nel punto giusto, ma in zona, poi occorre seguire le gentili indicazioni del proprietario. Letto comodissimo e grande, anche lungo più di 2m. Appartamento dotato di tavolo, 6 sedie, di cui due anche per chiacchierare nel vicolo con le dolci signore del paese, un'esperienza delicata e unica.

Nell'appartamento non abbiamo trovato istruzioni per usare le piastre per la cottura, né istruzioni per la lavatrice. Non abbiamo trovato la macchina del caffè né lo stendibiancheria. Fermandoci una sola notte, comunque, non ci è sembrato indispensabile avere ciò che era elencato su Booking.

Útulný apartmán v úžasné lokalitě 🙂

Apartmán je pro 2 dospělé osoby úplně úžasný, útulný, vybavený vším potřebným. Nic nám nechybělo. Městská pláž za rohem (s minimem lidí). Přestože v okolí jsou restaurace, nic nás nerušilo.

Das Zimmer hat kein Fenster nur eine Aussentüre. F+ür Personen die ein Fenster brauchen nicht zu empfehlen. Liegt neben einem Gebäude mit grißen Schäden.

etwas versteckt am rande der altstadt. aber tolle lage. einige schritte zum hafen. viele restaurants und geschäfte.

tv ging nicht. bad, vor allem das wc ist nur für düne leute

Todo es hermoso en Umag. El entorno, la gente. La comida en restaurantes mirando al mar.

Pár napra hangulatos elhelyezkedésű szállás.

Óvárosi elhelyezkedés. A tulajdonos gyors válaszai, egyszerű érkezés és távozás. A közelben sok-sok étterem, kávézó.

A fürdőszoba nagyon kicsi, de praktikus. Sajnos nem volt tusfürdő. Az elhelyezkedésből adódóan csak messzebb tudtunk parkolni, de szerencsére találtunk helyet a félsziget melletti parkolóban, ami ezen a hétvégén még ingyenes is volt.

Potreboval som ubytovanie bez stravy, kuchynka bola výborne vybavená. Nadpriemerná starostlivosť a ústretovosť ubytovateľa, absolútne pohodlie v centre starého mesta.

Nemožnosť parkovania motorového vozidla, ale o tomto som bol včas dopredu informovaný.

The studio apartment is really nice. Even if it's not so large, it's fully equipped and perfect for 2 people. Very cosy. The location is exceptional, in the middle of the old town. It's close to many restaurants and 2 minutes walk from the sea.

Perfect location, great stay!

We almost spent a month here and had a great time! Very clean, well equipped kitchen, fast WiFi and the washing machine was a bonus. It is right in the center of the old town and supermarkets, restaurants etc are in easy walking distance. It is small but very practical and had everything we needed. The owners are super friendly, easy to communicate with and very friendly. Highly recommended!

Great location, with some minor issues

Very good location, everything is nearby. Very cosy. Contactless check in and out which is a good point.

It is no way 30sq meters, as in the booking site, more less 20. You can hear eveything from the street. No window, so the room is very dark. The toilet is almost unusable, due to a floor cabinet 10cm nearby. Bed is ok, but the AC smells very bad. All in all good, for the price.

A great place to stay

The studio apartment is really nice. Even if it's not so large, it's fully equipped and perfect for 2 people. The location is exceptional, in the middle of the old town. It's close to many restaurants and 2 minutes walk from the sea. Other beaches can be reached by foot in 10-30 minutes, or by bike. Groceries and other amenities are at walking distance. The staff is great.
