Il “quid” in più è sicuramente la vicinanza al mare (2-3 minuti a piedi); il proprietario, Ivan, mette anche a disposizione gratis un ombrellone per chi ne fosse sprovvisto. Posto auto. Bottiglia d’acqua in frigo all’arrivo.
Con qualche aggiustamento in più diventerebbe una struttura migliore: zanzariera all’ingresso, microonde in cucina e qualcosa per poggiare i bagnoschiuma nella doccia. Per essere metà giugno il prezzo è risultato un attimino alto (125€/notte circa) ma evidentemente è la media del posto
