About this house rental
Relax and immerse themselves in the life of the Prosecco hills, places full of history, ferment and activity, rich of unspoilt corners and breathtaking views. A unique environment just steps away from Venice and the Dolomites.
Nice semi-detached house in a restored country house, located in the hearth of the Prosecco of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene hills.
The house has 2 bed rooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom and a cellar. There is also an outdoor area to relax and enjoy the view of the countryside and the woods. The environment is ideal for those who love nature and tranquility but at the same time the convenience of access to all services
(supermarket and public transport 700 meters).
Excellent starting point for walks in the beautiful hills or wine tours in the many trattorias and wineries located throughout the area.
It is 1 hour by train from Venice and 1:40 hour drive from Cortina, a popular holiday in the Dolomites of Veneto from where it is possible to go hiking in the mountains.
Access to the courtyard / garden, possibility to use an outdoor fireplace to grill.
I live in the flat beside, so as long as you need something just ask me.
If you need tips on where to go to visit places, experience nice trekkings, find good food and wine I will be happy to help you.
The area is surrounded by the green Prosecco hills, there are many paths that lead to breathtaking landscapes. You can just walk out on foot from home or take a car of the "Prealpi" foothills, the starting point for excursions that reach the peaks of these first mountains, balconies with privileged views of the Dolomites.

However, it is not far from "civilization", with a short walk you can reach a comfortable market and a bus stop. The nearest town is Conegliano and is 5 minutes away by car.

Rustig gelegen woning op loopafstand van een winkel. Ideaal gelegen voor uitstappen naar Udine, Trieste, Venetië, Padua,.... Woning heel netjes voorzien van nieuwe keuken en zithoek, twee ruime kamers en degelijke badkamer. Een aanraders voor wie een rustige vakantie wil bv lezen en steden bezoeken. Midden in de wijnvelden van de heerlijke prosecco.
