It was great we enjoyed it, the minor issues mentioned did not take away it was still great.

Location was good for us because we needed to be close to visit friends. Shops very good. Would definitely need a car to stay here, car needed to drive to eat out. Spa facilities were an excellent facility, you book your 2 hour slot to have private access to the spa, the spa was very clean and well kept, Swimming pool small but more than enough to have fun in, Jacuzzi easy would fit 4 people, steam room excellent, could not fault it. The owners did not speak English but we managed really well with phone translators. The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful and accommodating. The property was very clean and modern, the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could want. Excellent value when all added together.

The master bedroom bed was too hard so found it uncomfortable, the ceiling had a very low slope to one side, so even when the bed was moved over as far as possible I still managed to bang my head on the ceiling and I'm 4ft 11. The child's bunk bed was very squeaky, this was solved by wedging a pillow down the back. So much kitchen equipment there was no cupboard space to store any groceries, perhaps some space could be created by storing some equipment in the utility room. 5 people should be able to occupy the property but only one 3 seater sofa for comfortable seating, a very large plant took an enormous amount of space, with a little rearrangement maybe one or two comfortable chairs could be added.

A true paradise for families with kids!

The house itself is furnished rather simply, but then you do get to use the relaxation room including pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam for 2 hours each day AND there is a big garden with trampoline and table tennis. What more could a person ask for really? To add, the hosts are very kind, the facilities clean and a very good restaurant (La Table du Scion) is just down the road. We hope to return here one day!

We felt comfortable in the house

No problem with communicating, also in English . The owner replied in French but it can be well understood with google translate. We found everything we need in the house. There are a supermarket about 3 or 4 minuts's drive, so we used the kitchen and cooked our dinner. We slept very well as there are two bed rooms. The key for the house can be picked up with code at the front door so arrival time is quite free. Car can be parked in front of the house. We felt comfortable in the house.

Parfait

Très beau gîte à quelques kilomètres de Granville et de beaux sites touristiques. Au calme, propre, confortable (très bons lits), avec des propriétaires sympas et à l'écoute et la possibilité de se détendre dans le local spa 2 heures par jour. Je recommande fortement.

R.A.S. Ne pas avoir peur de la route passante non loin. En journée on s'habitue et plus aucun bruit à partir de 19/20 heures pour des nuits d'un calme total.

Un moment zen en dehors de l’agitation.

Petite maison très bien équipée dans un endroit calme à la campagne. L’espace détente est parfait. Les 2 heures incluses avec la location sont suffisantes pour profiter tranquillement de toutes les installations. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et répondent rapidement aux demandes .

Le lit de la seconde chambre grince énormément. Un lit 2 places tout simple avec un lit 1 personne placé sous la sous-pente serait plus judicieux et plus joli.
