3 flights of stairs. key pickup and return was ok but required time and not convenient.

Spacious, comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Great coastal view and easy short walk to beach via path from garden Plenty of parking, in garage and visitors spaces.

Property had not been cleaned properly prior to our arrival

Spacious comfortable apartment with great ocean views. Clean and the kitchen was well supplied with utensils etc.

No aircon. No BBQ. No lift, lots of stairs to access the apartment. Parking not suitable for larger vehicles. Common areas dirty.

Location is breathtaking! The team at LJ Hooker were very responsive throughout our stay including offering to get a cleaning service in when we identified a couple of areas that needed remedying (oven, under bed). The layout and facilities were very good overall just some minor issues with a broken sun lounge and blinds (aware that the blinds were booked to be replaced a week after our stay). The lack of internet a tad annoying but not a deterrent to booking given fact we are domestic travellers. We would happily stay here again.

We suggested that the agents need to cross-check the cleaning service as the issues we raised appeared to have been present for some time. Be aware that the bed is not a Queen but rather a double - only an issue due to being described as a Queen so we bought up Queen bed linen and underlay but they were all too big.
