The staff was super nice and helpfull. The facilities are nice, spacious. Big and clean swimming pool with a nice view toward the sea and hills. Room clean and just what you need . AC was good. They have a transfer for free during midday into city center or to the tourist area, very helpful given the location.

Despite 1h (afternoon) electricity shutdown every day which gave a special ambiant, everything was good enough for family

Our room has a great view of the pool and ocean, which is cool! Staff were nice too, specially Karen and her aunt (forgot her name)! Karen accomodated us as soon as we arrived. We are early at that time.

No TV available - they do have decent wifi tho

The hotel premises are pretty new and nice, but there is no service attached to it. Which is a pity... There is a free tuk tuk ride between 12pm and 6pm. The pool is big.

It is like a haunted place. There are very few employees taking care of the guests. At least they were nice. They do cleaning, cooking, reception at the same time. There were no bed sheets on our 4 beds, only a blankets used by all previous guests...we had to ask for it.they came with 4 fitted sheets. We gave up.The hotel is very far from the city, it costs around 200php for a one way ride to city, so quite expensive.there is no proper restaurant on site, there is a Google sheet to order food...so weird...The breakfast was very light, no buffet. Only one choice allowed. For this kind of venue far from everything, there should be at least a nice restaurant on site with a bar. The pool looks nice but not very clean and the 2 umbrellas were broken so impossible to stay by the pool with the sun...so some works to improve the guest experience given the price.
