About this house rental
A last minute cancellation has made Our seasonal rental available for winter 2025. Home is on a quiet street across the street from a private lake. Enjoy a nice view of the lake from the rear lanai or from the fire pit on the outside patio.

Spacious and clean house with a beautiful yard in a quiet neighborhood. Many dishes, cookware and a Keurig coffee maker included. SuperWalmart and gas station nearby.

We felt at home immediately. Beautiful home and yard. Clean, spacious, and well maintained. Bill (property owner) is wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.

We came to Avon Park to visit family, and this house was just minutes away from everyone! It was clean and well appointed. Our host was exceptionally friendly and easy to contact. We will stay again!
