อาหารพอใช้ได้ ทำเลดี วิวสวย
ห้องน้ำ ไม่ดี ต้องปีนเข้าไปอาบในอ่าง ที่อาบน้ำควรแยกส่วน ห้องดูเก่า ราคาสูง น้ำดื่ม ไม่พอเพียง ควรเพิ่ม จัดสัดส่วนในห้องไม่ดี จะนั่งดูทีวี ไม่สะดวก
