About this apartment rental
Villa Leomar is a beautiful home with a large 650 square metre garden only a five minute walk to the beach. Situated in the old fishing neighbourhood of Pedregalejo, in the east of Malaga city, the property is an ideal summer chill-out zone with its own micro climate, even in the heat of August, with jacaranda, Seville orange, walnut and medlar trees providing shade on a wide terrace.
Pedregalejo itself preserves much of its original charm, with many conveniences such as fish market, green grocer, a public library, supermarket and lively seafront bars and restaurants where you can eat sardines grilled on olive wood fires. The historic centre of Malaga is a 15 minute bike ride away. For day excursions to magnificent Ronda, the white villages of the the sierra, the prehistoric monuments of Antequera, the jaw-dropping mountain trail "Caminito del Rey", the pristine beaches of Maro and Nerja, shopping in Marbella, or live music in the old Balnearium of Baños del Carmen round the corner, this is the place to start!

We loved the quiet and tranquil location of this rental. Everything was as expected and our hosts were incredibly helpful. If we return to Malaga, we will absolutely stay here again.

Daniel and his family are great hosts, very easy to communicate with and always available to help. The apartment is ideally located about 10 minutes walk to the beach and the boardwalk (passeo) in Pedregalejo. The garden with patio has many places to sit and is a fabulous place to eat or sit and read. Daniel usually kept the kids upstairs to not disturb us, but we told them we would prefer to see the kids playing outside.
Just a few things to note - the apartment does not have an oven, and sound from upstairs can be heard downstairs.

superbe appartement tres agréable et bien équipé jardin paradisiaque pour les enfants, a côté des plages et du centre! très bien situé propriétaire très très accueillant et sympathique nous n avons manque de rien ...! super séjour nous y retournerons volontiers !

La maison est au calme, très bien équipée, très propre et dotée d'un jardin superbe. Proche de la plage (5 minutes à pied) et des lignes de bus pour le centre de Malaga (Environ 15 minutes).
L'accueil est parfait. De charmantes attentions pour notre arrivée, quelques fruits et boissons fraiches nous attendaient dans le frigo.
Daniel, le propriétaire, nous a fourni toutes les informations utiles et a été toujours prompt à répondre à nos questions.
Daniel et sa famille occupent l'étage supérieur mais sont d'une discrétion remarquable.
Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment très agréable.
