Gostamos de tudo. Principalmente do tratamento que recebemos da funcionária Sabrina que é muito prestativa e atenciosa. Já somos clientes fiéis, pois já nos hospedamos mais de 10 vezes nesse lugar.

Bom atendimento, atenciosos. O ambiente em si estava limpo.
Os lençóis estavam sujos, no inverno (fui em junho) é bem frio, apesar de recebermos mantas, a minha tinha ate um band-aid grudado nela. Os lençóis da cama estavam sujos também. Não vale tanto o custo, e na descrição não fica claro que são suites em um apartamento tipo pensão.

Localização: está bem no centro histórico, mas os arredores são com muitos pedintes. O quarto tem uma boa arrumação, boa infraestrutura. Mas tem algumas coisas importantes que faltam.
Não tinha lugar para estender as toalhas abertas no banheiro. Para hospedagem de 2 ou mais dias não dá pra tomar banho e a toalha esta molhada. Só deixaram, 1 papel higiênico. Acabou e ficamos sem a quem pedir. Poderia ter um cabideiro pra casacos. Paredes muito finas, o que tira a privacidade dos quartos
