Horrendous 5 page checking in form which is not fit for purpose
I had to complete the form twice - according to the management agents it wasn’t loading onto their operating system.
Minimum household essentials ie only one dishwasher tablet , no welcome pack , no matches / lighter to use the cooker - very disappointing

The location was good.
There was a serious ant problem in one of the bedroom which wasn't handled well until the end of our stay. It made the staying in the room realy unpleasant.
On top of that on our last day we asked to leave our luggage for a few hours in the apartment after check out but we were refused with no explicable reason.
We were not happy at all with the company's customer service throughout are stay. It just didn't seem like anyone cared whether we actually have a pleasant stay.
